一、

教学目标：C: Story time

1.

知识目标：复习本单元所学的动物名词和句型，学习follow me 和I have a carrot. 2.

能力目标:能根据自己对本单元语言知识的掌握，理解短文含义并进行角色扮演，用所学内容进行歌曲创编。

3.

情感态度价值观目标：

培养学生的合作意识和竞争意识；树立保护野生动物的意识和人与动物和谐相处的价值观；了解不同国家的代表性动物；通过英语和音乐学科进行整合，提高学生审美情趣和创造精神。

4.

二、教学重点、难点：听录音，理解故事内容。理解follow me 和I have a carrot. 三、教学准备：课件，动物头饰，本课故事中的动物图片，动物玩偶，奖励贴纸

四、教学方法：TPR教学法，情景教学法，游戏，歌曲改编

五、学情分析：三年级学生活泼好动，刚接触英语，对英语学科充满好奇心。学生爱表现，对歌曲、游戏特别感兴趣。本节课通过游戏、歌曲创编、小组竞赛等环节，调动每个学生学习兴趣和参与课堂的积极性，个人、小组和全班活动给每个学生展示机会，同时又激发了他们的竞争意识和合作意识。

六、教学过程：

Step 1: warming up

Activity1: free talk Activity2: Sing the Old MacDonald had a farm . T: I’m happy today. So I want to sing a song. Do you want to sing a song? Ss: Yes.

T: OK. Let’s sing and count how many animals are on Old Mac Donald’s farm. Which animal do you like? T:

You love animals and I love animals too. So we love animals .(板书：

Unit 4 We love animals 并带学生读课题) so

there will be 4 teams. That is team panda, team tiger, team monkey, team bird. Which team do you want to be? Now let’s PK. 设计意图：通过free talk使学生放松，歌曲调动学生兴趣和学习积极性，活跃课堂气氛，一边唱一边做动作、数数集中学生注意力，同时也是对前面所学知识的简单复习。把学生分成不同的动物组，展开竞争机制,培养了学生的合作意识和集体荣誉感。

Step2: Revision

Activity 1: Ask and answer with “What’s this/that?

It’s a -----.”

T: Show me your toys.

I T: It’s a -----. 设计意图：学生展示手中的动物玩偶，师生互问巩固复习所学的单词和句型，满足学生爱表现的欲望，同时也激发了每个学生的参与积极

性。

Activity 2: Game time.(Danny says:

备注：指令动作全部正确可得两朵花，有一人错减掉一朵花，直到两朵花减完为止。( 老师发指令，全班学生做动作；leader 对口型，学生猜单词；教师做动作学生猜指令等形式复习) 设计意图：通过游戏复习巩固let’s do 和所学动物单词，一个游戏多种玩法满足了孩子们的好奇心调动了学生的参与积极性，培养了孩子们的创新意识和发散性思维。

Step3: presentation

Activity 1: Story time 1.

听录音，回答问题

the video and answer the questions.

Q2: What are they? （设计意图：带问题播放故事，整体感知文本内容，尝试理解文本，也锻炼了听力。）

再听录音，核对答案，讲解follow me 和

备注：教师一边提问，一边在黑板上帖故事中的卡通动物图案，帮助学生梳理、理解故事内容,讲解follow me。

T:Now I want to invite someone to my house. Hello, peter follow me. Hello Jerry, follow Peter, follow me. Hello Candy, follow Jerry, follow Peter, follow me.(教师示范，加深理解follow me.) T: Look, I have a carrot. (教师手拿胡萝卜卡片)通过提问学生What do you have?

I have a dog/panda/tiger（学生利用手中的玩偶练习）------来理解并练习这个句型。

Step 4: Practice Activity 1：

look and follow the video and then check the answers.

Activity2 : Fill in the blacks.（recite the story可参考黑板上的贴纸顺序）

Activity 3: role-play(学生戴头饰模仿故事内角色扮演,选两组同学上台表演) T：Now boys and girls, practice the story and have a role play. 设计意图：通过跟读，拼读表演加深对故事的理解和记忆。小组表演时其余学生唱walking song 活跃了课堂气氛，也培养了学生的集体意识。

喜欢，结合音乐学科，提高学生审美情趣和创新精神，使学生思维开阔。

Step6: Extention

Activity1: Look and match. T: I like panda best, because it is the representative animal of our country.

Look at these flag. Do you know what country it is? Can you match the country with their representative animals. Activity2: protected animals video T: You know there were many animals on the earth. But more and more animals are endangered, even we’ve never seen. Why ? let’s have a look and think about it.(观看濒危动物视频)

T: Do you know what are endangered and why they are endangered? Ss: (濒危动物名称)

Because of killing ./ buying /eating . T: yes. No buying, no killing. Animals are our friends, more and more people protect animals . so we should do like them. T：Which endangered animal do you want to protect? Ss:------ 设计意图：通过了解其他国家代表性动物，了解西方文化，拓宽视野。通过观看濒危野生动物视频，知道如何去保护野生动物，让学生树立保护野生动物的意识以及人与动物和谐相处的价值观。
