教学内容

《辽宁师范大学出版社》三年级起点六年级下册《Unit3 My animal sign》第二课时。

教学目标 1.能听懂、读懂Read, think and judge中的内容，并能完成判断任务。

2.能读懂Read，write and report中的内容，能写出自己和家庭成员的出生年份和生肖信息，并能进行汇报。

3.能听懂、会说和表演本单元Let’s chant中的内容。

4.鼓励学生在小组活动中与其他同学积极配合。

学情分析 六年级学生已经形成了一定的语言运用能力,具备用英语进行交流的能力。学生已经积累了丰富的知识,喜欢通过竞赛的形式解决问题。

教材分析 本课是辽师大版小学英语(三年级起点)第八册第三单元第二课时的内容。依据英语课程标准,第八册是引导学生语言形成并输出的关键时期,是引导学生造句子、写句子的关键时期。

重点难点

重点: 能听懂、读懂Read, think and judge中的内容并完成判断任务。

难点:能根据实际情况说出并写出自己和家人的出生年份和生肖信息。

教学过程 第二课时 Step I . Warming up and revision 1.Greeting with students. 2.Students show the survey report. 3.Say and spell months quickly. （Warming up 采用快速拼读的方法复习了月份。同时也在激发学生英语思维,营造英语学习氛围。为接下来的学习做铺垫。）

Step II : Presentation and drill 1.Begin the new class .Write down the title:Unit3 My animal sign 2.The teacher asks: Where were you last Sunday? Ss answer: I was at home. Do you want to know where Li Ming was last Sunday? Let’s listen to the recorder and answer two questions. Q1: Where was Li Ming last Sunday? Q2: When was Li Ming born?

3. Organize students open the books and read after the recorder and answer two questions: Q1: When was Linda born ? Q2: Are they talking about Linda’s birthday ? 4. Read after the teacher. 5. Read by themselves, work in groups and judge the sentences with happy or sad faces on their books. 6.Students make dialogues in pairs .If you are Li Ming, your partner is Linda. Can you talk with each other like this? （本环节采用小组竞赛的方式来调动积极性,为接下来的教学做好铺垫。）

SteIII3 Practice 1. Act out the dialogue in groups. 2.Say the chant together. Step IV: Consolidation and extension 1.According to the passage of “Read, write and report” to write a passage . 2.Summary. 3.Homework. Recite the text .
