Would you like to tell us your experience? Students ‘ answer: Open. As we know , Yunnan lying in the southwestern part of China, is known as a remote mysterious and wonderful place. Different types of climate can be experiences in the same season . Here you can enjoy sunny days , clean air , blue skies and white clouds . Yunnan” this word refers to “the South of Clouds”, it sounds beautiful and it is really a beautiful place. Let me show you some pictures of this wonderful land. Could you tell me the name in English?

There are 26 minorities in Yunnan . Most of them have their unique languages and traditions.. In this module, we will talk about ethnic culture in Yunnan . As we all know, the province of Yunnan is a big family . How much do you know about the people there ? Students’ answer: Open. I will show you a short video about them .

Naxi woman wearing brightly-coloured traditional costume. Do you know her hometown ? Answer :Lijiang .

Lijiang is impressive because of its scenery and lush vegetation. There are many wonderful sights such as Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Xueshan Mountain) (玉龙雪山) .There is no other town in China like Lijiang. The people of Naxi, live there since ancient times. To know more

about Lijiang , let us come to our passage. I will give you 2minutes to go through the text to find out the main idea of it .and then match each paragraph with the main ideas .
