《First, Second, Third》教学设计

教学目标:

知识目标:

1、学生能听懂、会说和认读这些序数词:first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth.、

2、能灵活运用句型:

Li Ming is the first.

The girl is the second.

The boy in red shorts is the third.

3、学生能识别、理解并能正确的把月份和对应的序数词联系起来。

4、熟练地朗读对话,运用所学词汇及句型进行简单的对话练习。能力目标:学生能在实际生活中,正确运用序数词。

情感目标:通过多样性的活动,提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

重难点:

单词的读音及序数词的实际运用。。

教学准备:教学课件卡片

教学步骤:

(一)Warming up:

1.Greeting:

2.Let’s sing a song. 《Twelve Months》.

The students Say the months of the year together。(二)Presentation:

1.多媒体出示:赛跑比赛图片。

A对话:

T: What are they doing?

S:赛跑

T: Yes. race. This is a race.(学生跟读)

S:比赛结果,Li Ming is …

从而引导出序数词 first、second、third。(学生跟读)读句子:Li Ming is the first.

The girl is the second.

The boy in red shorts is the third.

(教师强调序数词前,必须要有the )

B对话:

T: How many pupils?

S: Three.

T: Let’s count.

S: One ,two, three.(板书)

(老师告诉学生one…和 first…都是属于数词,分别是基数词和序数词。基数词表示数量,序数词表示顺序。)

2.课件展示:基数词:one… twelve.

序数词:first…twelfth.

(学生找规律,并试读单词。)

(三)Practice:

1.老师说基数词,让学生说序数词。

2:利用学生,进行排队游戏说序数词。

(学生先报数,说出自己在队伍中的顺序,然后由其他学生为他们重新排队。)

3.同桌之间说单词,看哪一小组说的正确。(一人说基数词,另一人说序数词)

4:用月份和序数词玩找朋友游戏。

(把卡片以认读的方式发给学生。

让学生把月份在一年中的顺序和其相对应的序数词结成一对好朋友。

并利用句型 January is the first month 来进行练习。) 4:利用课本,2部分,同桌或前后桌进行句型练习。

5:利用星期练习序数词。

(老师出示星期的卡片,学生说出相对应的序数词。)

6.本课小结。
