一、教材分析

This unit is to help the students learn some knowledge about archaeology. So I make all the language materials focus on the topics of anthropology as well as history. In the lesson, I try my best to help the students learn how to describe early people’s life.

二、学生分析

Most of the English teachers in our school may hold the same view that the students in their class may not study as well as the students from big cities in English. Our students are almost from the countryside. They lack confidence, courage and passion to show themselves. Some students are not active in the class, and some students even don’t like English at all. However, the students have a strong desire to make progress in English and to do well in examinations. They are willing to cooperate with the teachers and their classmates, so I must help the students to make as much progress as possible.
