本课教材为外研社《英语》（新标准）（三年级起点）六年级上册Module 8 Unit 1 Do you often play with dolls?本单元的主要内容是谈论自己的生活习惯。本单元的课文情境是Amy向Lingling展示自己的照片。第一张照片是小时候的Amy抱着玩具娃娃，Lingling问Amy是否经常玩娃娃，Amy说自己从很久以前就不再玩娃娃了。第二张照片是小时候Amy在看图画书，Lingling问Amy现在是否还喜欢读书，Amy说自己经常读故事书。第三张照片是小时候的Amy在打扫房间，Amy不经常打扫房间而Lingling经常打扫自己的房间。Lingling随后问Amy是否经常拍照，Amy回答说自教材分析

己很喜欢拍照。Lingling说自己不经常拍照，但Daming有一台很好的照相机，在中国的时候他给Lingling, Amy和Sam拍了很多的照片。本单元的学习重点是复习频度副词，同时进一步巩固行为动词一般现在时。这个话题比较贴近学生的生活实际，学生会有话可说。而且，通过相互介绍自己的生活习惯，学生们会进一步增加了解，加深友谊。 本课的学习内容与我们的日常生活比较贴近，主要是谈论日常生活习惯。在新标准英语三年级起点第二册和第三册中，分别出现过一般现在时的疑问句形式Do you like…? 和

Do you want…?的用法，本课在复习Do you…?的基础上，出现Do you often…?句型，进一步巩固行为动词一般现在时的用法。本课为新授课，用一课时完成。

对于六年级学生来说，一般现在时的疑问句形式并不陌生，学生三、四年级时便掌握Do you like…?和Do you want…?的用法，学生们对其使用已有一定基础。通过本课学习，使学生能运用Do you often…?这类句型谈论日学情分析

常生活习惯。谈论日常生活习惯的语言结构本身有一定的难度，教师应注意帮助有困难的学生尽可能巩固、强化所学内容，达成学习目标。本单元的学习任务要求学生调查学生的日常生活习惯，并且写一篇介绍自己日常生活的小短文。教师应指导学生正确运用频度副词和行为动词的一般现在时。
