Step1. Warm-up

1.Greetings between Ss and me:

Hello, boys and girls. I’m Miss Chen.

Nice to meet you.

What’s your name?

How are you?(请个别同学回答)

2.Let’s make a rule. When I say “one two three”, you should say “three two one” and close your mouth. 3.I say, you do;

close your eyes open your eyes

Step2. Presentation

1.Through the multimedia I’ll present the picture of Sam’s birthday party. And let Ss to count the candles and present six. Let Ss read it two by two (升降调). Pay attention to the pronunciation of /ks/. (six, six, 喂喂喂)

2.Present the sentence“I’m six years old”. ( Role play)

3.Sam opens the gift from Tom and see seven toy chickens. Two by two read the word seven. Pay attention to /v/ and /n/. (seven, seven, do, do, do) 4.Sam says: Tom, thanks for gift. How old are you? Tom answers: I’m seven years old. (To use the sentence again)

5.Open another gift and see eight toy guns. One by one read the word eight. Pay attention to /t/. (eight, eight, pia, pia, pia)

6.Let’s read. (to review six, seven and eight)

7.Now let’s eat the birthday cake. How many cakes should he cut? Through the pictures and math question of “6+4=? ” to present ten. Pay attention to /n/. (ten, ten, go, go, go)

8.Nine is late. Let’s say “come, come, come” to welcome it. And let Ss to read it one by one. (Word card) Pay attention to the pronunciation of the letter n. (nine, nine, come, come, come)
