教学设计

一、教材版本：人教版PEP（三年级起点）三年级【人民教育出版社】

二、课题名称：Unit 4 Where is my car? -- Part C Story time (The second period) 三、授课年级：小学三年级第二学期

四、授课时间：一课时

五、教学对象：山区农村儿童，因为受环境的影响，以及对英语学习的惰性，英

语教学变得有些吃力。

六、教材分析：主要是让学生能够在已学的对方为提问及回答的基础上，

能够举一反三，运用到实际交流和游戏中。通过小组合作学习，

培养合作能力；通过游戏环节可以激发学生对英语学习的兴趣。

七、教学目标：

1、知识目标：①能够掌握table, behind, find, hide and seek等新词汇。

②能够掌握句型：Are you ready?

I can’t find you.

2、能力目标：①能够掌握故事内容并表演出来。

②能够举一反三，创造新的游戏。

3、情感目标：通过了解故事、表演故事加强合作关系的能力，并关爱身边人。

八、教学重点：

1、掌握故事中的新词汇、短语和句子。

2、增强学生的表演能力。

九、教学难点：

1、通过图片猜出新单词和短语的意思。

2、能够通过图片看懂故事，并小组发挥想象编出自己的故事。

十、教学过程：

Step 1: Warm up

1. Greetings 2. Free talk 3. Let’s chant The teacher shows it on ppt, then chant together. And ask students to pay attention to the underlined words: on, under, in. 4. Let’s answer

Shows the questions and ask students to give answers.

①Where is the dog? ②Where is the duck? ③Where is the bear? （设计意图：通过chant的环节导入，体现出课堂的轻松性，还可以温习本单元的重点知识。从而对英语产生浓厚兴趣。）

Step 2: Presentation

1. Who can guess? ①Turn to page 45. ②Look at the pictures. ③T: Can you guess what Zoom and Zip are doing?

Students guess

T: Yes, they are playing a game. But do you know what game it is? ④Can you get the meaning of “hide and seek”? (explain it) 2. Let's understand the new words ①Show three pictures and ask students to guess them.

②Give the words, their pronunciations and Chinese meanings. ③explain the difference between “table” and “desk”. 3. Let's read and answer my questions ① T: Read the story first and answer the question: “Where is Zip?”. ② T: Is it under the table? Ss: No, it isn’t. T: Is it under the bed?

Ss: No, it isn’t. T: Is it in the toy box?

Ss: No, it isn’t. T: So, where is Zip?

Ss: It’s behind Zoom. T: Yes, you are so clever. I love so much. Step 3: Consolidation 1. Let’s play

Read the story again and act it out in pairs. 2. Let's draw and answer ① Preparations: papers, crayons. ② T: Listen to me carefully and do after what I said.

eg: draw a chair, and colour it red. ③ T: Then answer my questions.

eg: 1) Where is the chair?

2) What colour is the chair? ④ T: The others check whether their pictures are same with what they answer. The winners will get stickers. （设计意图：整个新授和巩固过程有涉及图片，可以直观表述意思，又有表演环节，可可以培养学生的合作能力，并给学生以学习上的新鲜感，最后加入了画画和比赛的环节，可以增强学生的动手和反应能力。）

Step 3: Summary T: So much for today. Now let’s summarize what we have learned in this lesson. (The others can make supplements) （设计意图：让学生自己做总结，可以有效调动其积极性回想本节课所学知识。）

Step 4: Homework 1. finish the exercising book. 2. play the “hide and seek” with other friends. （设计意图：让学生自己通过表演故事可以充分发挥其想象力和表达能力。）

十一、教学反思：

成功之处：在热身活动中的chant和问题导入激发了学生对本节课学习的浓厚兴趣；在教学过程中运用图片调动了其对新知识学习的积极性；在巩固环节采用了游戏和画图的方式培养了学生的胆量和合作能力。

不足之处：但是在表演过程中，个别学生的胆怯是导致整个表演的不顺畅的主要原因；在画画和问答环节中，学生对旧知识的遗忘导致其效果的不理想，部分学生平时欠缺练习，更是不善于、胆怯表达自己的观点和想法。
