Step1: warming up Review some words about animals. (panda, tiger, elephant, koala and so on.)

Step2: key words Looking at the pictures in 1a, match the description words with the animals. And check the one by one. Then, read loudly after teacher and read by themselves. ( when they do it, the teacher offers some help for them around the class.) Step3: listening

Listen to the conversation in 1c,and fill in the blanks. Then, check the answers. (before listening, let students know about the instruction of listening. Maybe it is good for their listening. ) Step4: pair work Make a conversation in pairs like this, and talk about the animals you like. A: what animals do you like? B: I like pandas. A: Why do you like them? Read and recite the words alone or together.
