1、掌握“left \right”的用法，理解policeman、solider等含义；

2、能应用所学单词询问他人职业；

3、能理解掌握对话中出现的名词单复数形式的不同表达。

Step 1 Warming up : 1、

师生问候；

T:Class begins.Good morning,class.How are you?Ss:I am fine,thank you. 2、唱唱跳跳，播放英语歌曲视频Greetings；

T:Now,let’s enjoy a beautiful song.一起说唱，一起做动作。

Step 2 Presentation and drill 1、复习导入: Boys and girls，you did a very good job.Thank you.Sit down,please. Now,listen to me carefully. Up, up, up, stand up 学习单词up，板书up，开火车读

Down, down, down, sit down,学习单词down，板书down，指名读

2、Play a game-I say, you do : Touch your ear, touch your nose, raise your hand, raise your right hand! 板书right，学习right。Show me your fingers,书空。大小声读，渐大。

教师举起左手：This is my right hand，this is my left hand，

板书left，学习left。Show me your fingers,书空，high and low voice。

3、Let us do some morning exercise. Ss do the morning exercises with T. 4、Now I need two students to act with me.T and Ss acts a solider: Turn left /right ! Look ! What are we ?(板书句型)

Ss observe and guess .Yes，we are soldiers.（板书句型Yes，we are）

5、 Look at the picture？Who is he？Put up your hands. Study the new words “solider /soliders”板书

Use the same way to learn “pliceman/ policemen”
