Story“Cats and dogs”教案

学情分析

五年级的学生已经开始从被动的学习主体向主动的学习主体转变，因此，思维的独立性和发散性培养在五年级应越来越受重视。另外，五年级学生的记忆力、理解能力和表达能力快速发展，因此，此时也是培养孩子阅读能力的关键时期。他们通过前期的学习经验，英语学习也正经历由低年级的听说为主到中年级听说读写并重的学习阶段。因此，难易度适合的英语故事教学对于五年级学生来说，既符合其心智发展水平，又能促进其英语语言学习。

教学目标

1 知识与技能目标：

全体学生能在图片及老师的帮助下理解故事大意并了解故事的含义；

全体学生能在图片及老师的帮助下理解、部分学生会说 wand, thief及句型What would you like?I’d like..., I get...；

部分学生能在图片及句子的提示下简单复述故事或故事的一部分。

2 情感目标：

全体学生能体会到英语故事学习的乐趣；全体学生能从故事中体会到朋友的含义。

3 学习策略目标：

全体学生能积极与同伴合作，共同完成学习任务. 教学重点、难点分析

1 教学重点：

全体学生能在图片及老师的帮助下理解故事大意并了解故事的含义。

2 教学难点：

部分学生能在图片及句子的提示下简单复述故事或故事的一部分。

教学步骤

1，预测故事（predict the story）

老师Shows a picture(PPT) and asks a question: Why are cats and dogs not friends?And let the students talk about the picture.“Cats and dogs are not friends”

Shows and introduces the characters of the story（教师通过魔法情景表演来呈现） and understand the new words“wand”and“thief”（教师通过实物或情景表演来帮助学生进行理解）

2，阅读故事（read the story）

The teacher invites the students to reorder the pictures of the story in pairs.Try to guess“What happend？”. Talk about the plot of the story one by one according to the PPT .Help the students try to act out one picture of the story. and guess the plot and talk about the questions ：Who goes home first? How does the cat go home? Let the students to watch and read the story，and try to imitate the characters of the story.then shows a diagram of the story，and invites the students to read and finish it.

Let the students to talk about the “wand” with the support of the pictures and the sentence structure “sb has ...”. 3，( 复述故事)Retell the story Shows a story fish and introduces the “structure” of a story: Head,Body,and Tail.Let the students to reorder the passages of the story and get a story fish in pairs.And then the teacher omits some words of the passage and invites the students to retell the story with the support of the pictures and sentences. 4，（谈论故事）Talk about the story Asks the students:Do you like the ending of the story? Invites the students to talk about the cat and the dog in the story.who is good? Let the students to share their opinions about friends. Friends should:work together, share together! 5，（家庭作业）homework (1)Try to retell the story to the parents or friends. (2)收集更多关于朋友友谊方面的故事或视频资源，并在班级上交流讨论！
