学生情况分析:

五年级的学生生性活泼好动，对英语学习特别感兴趣，有着极强的求知欲和表现欲。同时，在经过了四年多的英语学习后，学生有了一定的语言积累（包括词汇与句型），具备了一定的说写能力。由于学生具有了较强的语言学习和交流的欲望，因此，教师应创设条件，充分发掘与运用教材所提供的有效信息，注重单元学习的整体以及在情境中推进词句学习的运用，以满足不同层面学生之所需。在学习本单元之前，学生已经掌握了不少有关标记类的单词与词组，也能较为熟练地运用Don’t…, You can’t / mustn’t / shouldn’t …句型等发出指令。

模块教学任务分析:

5BM3的学习主题为Things around us。本模块涉及到词汇包括日常生活中常见的一些标记（如telephone, toilet, restaurant, exit, entrance等），描述天气的单词（如cloud, cloudy, sun, sunny, rain, rainy, wind, windy, snow, snowy, storm, stormy, fog, foggy等），能用degree来描述某天的气温，以及日常生活中的常用家具（如cupboard, bookshelf, bed, mirror, lamp, cushion, sofa等）。本模块涉及到的句型包括用What does this sign say? It says ... What does this sign mean? It means ... 对一些标记进行简单的介绍，用What is / was the temperature? 询问某日的气温并能进行相应的回答等。本模块的时态主要是进一步复习和巩固一般过去时和一些情态动词（如can, must, should等）的用法。

在学习本模块之前学生已经会用Don’t... , You can’t / mustn’t / shouldn’t ...向他人发出指令，能用What’s the weather like? 来询问天气，能用一些动词的过去分词描述事物之前的状态。这些都是学习本模块内容的基础和前提。

本模块从身边的事物为出发点，以“标记”，“天气”和“变化”为话题展开学习内容，不仅

注意到了新旧知识的有机整合，而且对学生的语言能力提出了更高的要求，进一步从听说读能力的培养转向听、说、读、写、练、用的全面兼顾。

单元教学任务分析:

第一单元以“标记”为话题，要求学生熟练掌握生活中常见的一些标记的名称；能用相关的句型进行相互问答（如：What does this sign say? It says … What does this sign mean? It means …）。在此基础上，告诫学生在不同的场所该做什么不该做什么，营造一个更优质的生活环境。

1、各学习项目分析

Look and learn: 核心学习板块。主要进行词汇学习，包括telephone, toilet, restaurant, exit, entrance等标记的名称以及No smoking! No swimming! Don’t litter! Don’t walk on the grass! 等祈使句的学习。

Look and say: 核心学习板块。主要进行句型学习，通过What does this sign say? It says ... What does this sign mean? It means ... 对一些标记进行简单的介绍。

Ask and answer: 问答练习，学生通过操练对话范例巩固新知，提升会话技能。

Say and act：情境运用，是Look and say的具体化，在具体的情境中学会新知、操练新知、为运用新单词、新句型提供平台。

Read a story：阅读延伸，通过故事The path of stones，为学生创设运用语言的平台。同时，让学生通过故事阅读感受故事主人公的聪慧。

Listen and enjoy：语言欣赏栏目。通过朗读节奏明快的儿歌来活跃课堂气氛，感受英语语言的优美。

Learn the sounds：语音学习。通过音标以及读音的辨别感受辅音字母的发音，进一步树立音素概念，做到发音准确、到位。

2、知识要点介绍

1)

能学习和掌握标记类单词，如：telephone, toilet, restaurant, exit, entrance, No smoking! No swimming! Don’t litter! Don’t walk on the grass! 等，做到音、形、义的统一；在此过程中，了解一些学生生活中的标志以及这些标志所要表达的意思；

2)

能理解标志可以分成两类：信息类标志和警示类标志；

3)

能用相关句型对生活中常见的标志进行阐述，能说清楚标志的含义并能相互问答；

4)

能学习和掌握音标/l/, /r/的发音。
