本单元教学主题是Holidays in Shanghai。
本课时是单元的第一课时,教学内容是5B Unit7的词汇教学。学习7个单词Yu Garden, museum, Chinese knot, silk, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, view, modern,考虑到maglev及其例句相对难度较大,经过单元统整后,将它放在第二、三课时中重点学习。
本课时将话题设定为A visit to Shanghai,Kitty带领papa一起参观上海的各个景点,一共介绍了4处景点,其中还加入了主句型There be 句型的操练,复习旧知,整合新知,为下两课时做铺垫。让学生在描述上海景点的过程中学习语言知识,操练语言技能。
学情分析:
本单元核心单词除了the Oriental Pearl TV Tower这个词读音相对难一点外,其他单词读音的教学应该没有问题。而且这节课要学习的7个单词中,garden,museum,the Oriental Pearl TV Tower,modern,已经在前面的教材中出现过,只有Chinese knot, silk, view是新单词,同时在museum的例句中还出现了新单词history,本课时会弱化语义学习,在情境中开展语义理解和语用操练。
在介绍景点的文本中会运用到如This is…It is… There are…We can …等这些句型结构都是学生学过的结构,所以掌握起来并不困难。
教学目标:
知识目标
1.能正确地跟读元音/u/,/u:/及例词,初步感知这两个元音在单词中的发音规律,能跟读包含例词的句子。
2.能正确地认读本单元核心词汇Yu Garden, museum, Chinese knot, silk, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, view, modern, 能初步建立这些核心词汇音、形、义之间的联系。
3.通过学习能理解本课时主体文本,并能读音正确、语调优美地朗读文本。
能力目标:
能够在语境中,在图片和板书语言支架的帮助下,运用本单元核心词汇介绍上海的各个景点和相关的事物。
情感目标
在语篇学习中,初步感受上海的美,热爱上海。
教学重点:正确理解和认读Wonderland中的7个单词。
教学难点:用自己的语言模仿所给出的文本来介绍上海不同的景点。
