教学目标

1.听说读写有关食物单词：fruit, vegetables, hamburger, milk, donut, hot dog, chicken, dumplings, noodles等

2. 熟练应用句型What’s your favourite food? My favourite food is…?

二.教学重难点

1.听说读写单词favourite。

2.句型在日常实际生活中的使用以及喜爱的食物的表达。

教学过程

Step1. Greeting Step2.Warm up Before the class, let’s sing a song together“Do you like”.

Step3. Revision First review some words of food. When students see it, they can quickly stand up and speak it out. Review some sentence patterns according to the ppt.

Step4. Presentation Show the ppt and ask students“What does Danny like?”. Present the word“favourite”. Then teacher takes out an apple and says“my favourite food is apple.”

Then ask students one question: what’s your favourite food？Show the ppt and ask students to come to the front and point and say. Boys and girls ask and answer to practice the sentences.

Step5. Listen and read Listen to the text and answer the question “What does Danny and Jenny’s favourite food for lunch?”

Then ask students to read after the text. Step6. Chant

The first time, students can look at the teacher and do with the teacher. The second time, student can say this chant faster.

Step7. Pair work Students will play the turntable and practice the sentence patterns. One ask and one answer by using“

What’s your favourite food?” My favourite food is…?”

Prepare some fruit for students. Ask them to practice the sentence patterns“

What’s your favourite food? My favourite food is…?”

Step8. Group discussion Present a chart by ppt. students can discuss it in groups. practice the sentence patterns“

What’s Tim’s favourite food?”. Tim’s favourite food is…?”

Step9. Game Divide the students in to two teams. Two teams PK. Teacher beats the drum and asks students to pass the apple. One ask

and one answer. Step10. Watch a video Tell students the motto: cherish food, all good.

Step11. Summary Now think about it what we have learned this class? Present fruit trees on the blackboard. Students can ask his or her partner the question“

What’s your favourite food?”

and the partner answer “My favourite food is…?”

Step12. Homework Try to collect more words about food. Ask your parents or your friends their favourite food，you can make a survey. 五．

一、教学内容

本课的教学内容是冀教版四年级上册Unit 4 Lesson21 My favourite food。本课主要是复习食物单词，学习由what引导的询问最喜爱的食物的特殊疑问句及其回答。是让学生谈论有关食物的话题，其内容贴近学生的生活和学习实际。

二、设计思路

1、关注教材之间的联系

本课主要复习食物单词，学习由what引导的询问最喜爱的食物的特殊疑问句及其回答。在对教材分析的基础上，通过复习三年级学过的句型“I like something. I don’t like something.”对本课新授句型“

What’s your favourite food? My favourite food is…?”进行了一个很好的铺垫，同时将新旧内容进行了整合，使其融合与本节课的教学中。以食物单词和句型“What’s your favourite food? My favourite food is…?”为主线而逐层展开，由易到难，渐次递进，

既拓展了知识的深度和广度，又体现了连贯性和层次性。

2、关注学生的需要

根据小学生活泼好动、注意力容易分散的特点，我在激发学生的学习兴趣和改变传统的教学方法方面花了大量的时间和精力，努力让课堂教学“活”起来，让学生“动”起来，从而调动学生的学习积极性，让他们在玩中学、在学中玩，使他们真正成为学习的主人。

1）、精心组织活动。

激发兴趣好动是小学生的天性。本节课中设计了多种课堂活动，让学生在活动中体验、参与、实践，获得认知能力和语言能力。我在课堂上穿插敲鼓传苹果和转盘游戏、水果拼盘问答练习活动，能使原本较枯燥机械得句型练习变得生动有趣。

使学生在动口、动手、动脑等多种动态的语言活动中感受到浓浓的趣味，学生参与度广，收到了良好的教学效果。

2）、利用多种教学手段

利用学生喜闻乐见的教学方法开展教学活动，培养兴趣，使学生乐学，愿学。本节课

中运用了多媒体辅助教学法，儿歌说唱法，全身反应法，直观教学法，交际教学法，演示法，游戏教学法，自然拼读教学法，讨论法，竞赛法等多种教学方法。例如本节课一开始我运用了歌曲歌谣教学法，活跃了课堂氛围的同时也复习了三年级学过的句型“I like something. I don’t like something.”为下面的教学做了铺垫。整堂课中师生合作，生生合作，pair work ,group work

,采用不同形式的合作活动将学生的注意力集中到课堂教学中来。任务性的活动，有利于学生在真实的语言情景中培养运用英语进行交际的能力。增强了学生的合作学习的能力，培养了学生的英语学习兴趣。

另外根据低段学生活泼好动、注意力不易长时间集中的特点，我认为生动、具体、形象的事物更容易引起学生的兴趣。本课教学中充分利用色彩鲜艳的图片、卡片、视频

、水果、实物、动画等多种教具开展教学活动，将孩子们的目光完全吸引到课堂中来，培养兴趣，使学生乐学，愿学。

三、不足之处

在整节课的时间把控上做的不是很好，以后需要注意合理安排各个教学环节，保障活动更加有效高效地完成。
