Step 1: Warm-up Greeting. T: Good morning/afternoon, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning/afternoon, Ms Xie. T: How are you, boys? Boys: I’m fine, thank you. T: How are you, girls? Girls: I’m fine, thank you. T: Very good. Sit down please. T: (suggest student 1) What’s your name? S1: I’m.../ My name is... T: (suggest student 2) What’s your name? S2: I’m.../ My name is... T: Very good. T: Now let’s sing the song Ten Little Fingers together. （师生共同唱歌曲Ten Little Fingers.）

Step 2: Led in. T: You can sing so beautiful! Excellent! 唱的真好听，太棒了！Now show me your fingers. How many fingers show me how old are you? 现在伸出你们的手指告诉我你们几岁了？

（学生伸出手指，老师选择其中一名学生一起数手指）

T and Ss: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. You are nine.（PPT 出示I’m ...我岁了。）

T: When’s your birthday? 你生日是什么时候啊？

（由刚才那名学生回答）

T: 生日的时候，爸爸妈妈会跟你说什么呢？

Ss：生日快乐。

T：Good! Mom and Dad will say “happy birthday” to you. （出示单词卡片Happy birthday）

Step 3: Presentation T: Please look at me. Happy.（教师边说单词边做出开心的表情。）

T: What’s happy means? Happy是？

Ss：快乐的、开心的

T: Yes. Happy happy, 快乐的

Ss：Happy happy快乐的。

T：Happy birthday.

Ss: Happy birthday. T: （展示单词birthday）b, b, b, /b/, /b/, /b/. （学生跟读）

教师拿出生日帽，戴在学生头上，引导学生一起说出Happy birthday. 重复几次，引导学生理解和操练Happy birthday. 最后戴在老师自己的头上，学生自然说出Happy birthday. 教师致谢: thank you. T: Very good. 生日的时候会有什么呢？

Ss：蛋糕、礼物、生日歌、生日祝福...... （PPT展示蛋糕）教师教读cake并板书。师生一起拼写单词。

（PPT展示礼物盒子）教师教读present. P, P, P, /p/, /p/, /p/. Re, re, pre, t, t, t, /t/, /t/, /t/.Present. 教师拿出礼物袋，Here’s my present. （PPT展示词组Here’s your）

教师摇一摇礼物袋，做吃惊表情，提问guess what is it? 猜猜里面是什么？

Ss：（随机说出）

T: （教师从袋子中拿出笔）It’s a pen. （出示单词卡片Pen）

教师拿出另外一个礼物袋，Here’s your present. What’s this? 请一名学生拿出来，T: Wow, it’s a pencil.（教师板书pencil）教读pencil. T: look at me.（教师拿出单词卡片pencil, 用手遮挡cil, 提问what’s this. 学生回答pen. 教师把手拿开，提问what’s this?学生回答pen.）

T: Today. These 3 boys are very happy. （PPT展示三个男孩的图片），

why?今天这三个小男孩很开心，为什么呢？(引导学生说出是他们的生日）

播放活动一动画。同类迁移，教读名字Jim, Tim, Kim. 引导学生分别对他们说Happy birthday. T: （展示Sam头像）Who is it? Ss: Sam. T: Sam is also happy today. Why? Ss: Birthday! T: Listen carefully and answer my question later. Q1: How old is Sam? T: Now watch the video. Please tell me what is the present? 播放课文动画，学生回答问题。

T: Let’s read after the video. 再次播放课文动画，学生逐句跟读。

T: 大明把present给Sam的时候说了什么？

Ss: Here’s your present. T: Sam收到礼物说Thank you , Daming. 收到礼物了要说谢谢。

T: Ms Smart把cake给Sam的时候说了什么？

Ss: Here’s your cake. T: Here’s your pencil. 把铅笔递给学生。

T: 我把pencil 给他的时候我说了什么呢？（拿出单词卡here’s your,教读here’s,稍微解释缩起来的is). 请刚才那名同学，你能递给我吗？引导学生说出Here’s your pencil.把铅笔递给老师。老师拿到时说出Thank you.并解释，在拿到礼物或者别人递东西过来时要有礼貌地说谢谢，thank you. Step 4: Practice 1.

Give Sam a present. Say “Here’s your...”给Sam送生日礼物，并说出Here’s your... 2.Here’s your ... 传递游戏。四组分别选择cake,present, pen, pencil传递here’s your ...传给下一个同学，下一个同学拿到时要说thank you, 并传给第三个同学时说here’s your...。最后一个同学拿上来跟老师说Here’s your...看哪组又好又快。

T:什么时候会说Here’s your...?这句话呢？

（把东西递给别人的时候说Here’s your.... 如果别人递东西给你要礼貌地说thank you表示感谢。）

Role Play. All: Hello, Sam. Happy birthday! Daming: Here’s your present. Sam: Thank you, Daming. What’s this? A Pencil? Oh! It’s a pen. Thank you. Ms Smart: Happy birthday, Sam. Here’s your cake. Step 5: Consolidation and extension. Happy birthday. （PPT背景为birthday party, 播放生日歌背景音乐。）

这个月过生日的同学让我们一起为他们送上祝福，一起唱Happy birthday song.送礼物环节。

爸爸妈妈把我们带到这个世界，给予我们无微不至的关怀，陪伴我们成长，感恩爸爸妈妈养育之恩，爸爸妈妈辛苦了。

Step 6: Summary 一起复习本课句型和单词Here’s your present/cake/pen/pencil. Happy birthday. Thank you. Step 7: Homework 1.

Say thank you to your mom and dad, tell them you love them. 2. Read your book and tell the story to your mom and dad.
