Teaching plan of the assessments on the test of Unit 3 Liu Chen I The analysis of teaching material This class is mainly to deal with the weekly test of Unit 3 in Grade 7. The topic of this unit is the means of transportation. Some new sentence patterns and phrases are difficult for the students. The full mark is 100. In part A, the exercises are “multiple choice(10 points), dialogue completion(10 points), cloze(20 points) and reading(30 points) ”. In part B, the exercises are “blank filling with the first letter(10 points), conversation completion(10 points) and passage completion(10 points).”

II The analysis of students The students are in Grade Seven. They have acquired a certain knowledge of English grammar and the tips of finishing English exercises, as well as certain learning ability and expressive ability. However, in the procedure of learning, some of the students have some problems to be solved, including the use of single and plural forms of nouns and the third person singular verbs. And they don’t have a systematic set of methods to do exercises. III Teaching objects 

By the end of the lesson, students should be able to know the right answers to the exercises that they made mistakes and understand why they are wrong. 

By the end of the lesson, students should be able to know clearly about the steps and tips to do the different kinds of exercises, like “reading, conversation completion and passage completion”. 
