一、教学内容：

6A Unit 5 Signs (Story time) 二、教学要求：

1. 能正确地听、说、读、写词汇sign , shopping centre , careful , mean. 2. 能正确地听、说、读词汇

litter, go in, take, restaurant, someone, smoke, smell . 3. 能灵活运用日常交际用语和句型What does it mean ？

It means … No littering/parking/smoking/eating or drinking. Danger! Wet floor. 与他人进行日常交流。

三、教学重点：

1. 在教师设计的教学活动的引领下能够整体理解语篇，提高学生的阅读能力。

2. 能在现实生活中比较自如地运用本单元日常交际用语和句型与他人进行日常交流。

四、教学难点：

1. 较熟练地掌握公共标志的英文表达。

2. 模仿Story time , 介绍部分公共标志的意义。

Step 1 Warm-up

T: Let’s play a game first. If you think the sentence is right, say “Yeah, yeah, yeah”, if you think it is wrong, say “No, no, no”. OK? S: OK. T: All of you do a good job.

a. 情态动词can的否定式can’t可以用来表示“不能”“不准”；

b. No 与动名词或名词连用，意思是“不准”、“禁止”或“请勿”，多用于标牌或布告。
