After one year’s study,senior two students have learned lots of reading skills,but they can’t use them smoothly.This topic is familiar to students ,so they will be interested in it . 知

Master some words related to jobs, such as electrician, biochemist, volunteer,manager,scientist,chemist ….Learn to master the following sentence structures. What sort of job would you like to do? I want to do a job which helps other people ,such as …. I like to be …,because… 1.

Learn some daily expressions concerning job 2.

Train students reading ability through fast reading and careful reading 3.

Encourage students to retell the passage in their own words Method: interview ,question-answer activities, pair work or individual work ,free discussion After learning the passage,help students get to know what kind of job is worthing doing,what kind of job is meaningful,in order to increase their awareness of contributions to people and establish their right world outlook. 重
