本课在单元教学中的地位:

本课为整合课程,在单元教学中起到承上启下的作用,目标是多练引新。首先,Lesson7 中已经出现句型:How many students are there in your class? 学生已经能够听、理解、读,并能够初步运用和做出简单回答。所以我将lesson8和lesson9进行整合,将教学目标设定为学生不仅能够理解、运用原句型How many students are there in your class?而且能够灵活运用到生活情境中,做出回答时能正确运用There be结构的句式回答。教学难点为学生能够用正确数词进行回答,学生能够主动探究习得几十几十的数词规律。

Ⅰ.Teaching objectives:

1.Knowledge:

①通过真实的语境,引导学生在观察、探索的过程中,逐步理解并习得本课语言知识,学习有关“how many”询问多少的句子及There be结构的回答形式的句式,并能灵活运用这些语句在真实的语境中进行交流。

②巩固复习表示“欢迎”的句子。

③学生能够听、说、读、写单词:school、teacher、boy、girl。

④学生能够听、说、认读有关数次:thirty、forty、fifty、sixty。2.Ability:

①学生能够在真实的语境中运用“how many”询问多少及正确运用There be 结构的句式回答,能灵活运用这些语句在真实的语境中进行交流。

②学生能够说、唱chant,能创编新chant。

3. Emotion:

①培养学生积极的生活态度和良好的生活习惯。

②帮助学生树立自主学习,主动参与的意识,养成勤于模仿、敢于创新的习惯,发扬协作精神,体验合作的成就感。

③通过生动的教学活动,激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生在愉悦的学习氛围中,很自然地学习生词thirty、forty 、fifty、sixty和四会词teacher、school、 boy、girl并能在真实的语境中灵活运用。

Ⅱ.Teaching method:

1.情景交际法;直观教学法

通过听录音.跟读模仿.使学生熟悉如何用英语询问并回答表示多少的句子;

2.通过对话教学和活动,培养学生主动与他人交际的意愿。

Ⅲ.Importance:

1.学习单词thirty,forty, fifty,sixty;

2.能正确书写单词teacher,school ,boy ,girl;

3.学习How many的句式,学习There be结构的句子,巩固复习表示“欢迎”

的句子,并能灵活运用这些句子在真实的语境中进行交流。

Ⅳ.Difficulty:

1.灵活运用所学单词和句型。

2.通过探索性的学习,习得本课对话中出现的句子。

Ⅶ.Lesson procedure:

一、Greetings.

T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m your new English teacher, Miss Jin. Ss: Hello, Miss Jin. Welcome to our class.

T: Thank you. Nice to meet you!

Ss: Nice to meet you, too.

【设计意图】:由于是借班上课,和学生打招呼可以使用new teacher,引导学生说出Welcome to our class.既复习了lesson7的教学内容,又引入本课内容。

二、Revision.

【CAI】Ss look at the picture and find out some numbers.

【设计意图】:学生看屏幕上的图片,找出图片里隐藏的数字并说一说,自然导入本课,激发学生学习兴趣。

三、Lead in

【CAI】Ss watch the flash of the song and then sing the song:How Many-One to Ten

【设计意图】:让学生带着问题观看歌曲视频,考察学生观察力。由歌曲唱出how many?学生听、学唱,学生通过自己“主动”听,习得的知识,会比教师的“教”习得的更加有效。

四、Presentation.

1. T: what did you see in the flash?

S: teacher, school, boy, girl…

2. Ss spell the four words (teacher, school, boy, girl), T writes the words on blackboard.

3. T takes the pictures of the four words, let Ss look and compare .Then T adds each word ~s.

4. Ss answer the questions:

①How many teachers are there in the flash?

②How many students are there in the flash?

③How many boys are there in the flash?

【CAI】shows the answers: There is… / there are …

Ss say how to use: there be …

【设计意图】:学生看完视频,回答问题。随着教师的一个个问题,引出本课四会单词school、teacher、boy、girl,学生拼读单词。教师适时通过课件出示there is…和there are…,学生思考,说说there be 结构的句型的使用规律。

5. T teaches the numbers: thirty、forty、fifty、sixty

①【CAI】show the pictures,T asks: How many boys are there in the picture?

Ss count out 20, (the same way lead in the girls number 10) T asks: How many students are there in the picture? 20+10=30

②【CAI】show the words about numbers. Ss think about the rules.

【设计意图】:此环节以旧引新,由问题How many boys/girls?引导学生count and answer:There are twenty boys. /There are ten girls.教师适时加入跨学科思维的数学算式:20+10=?得出thirty的答案。CAI展示30、13、14、40….让学生思考探究,主动习得有关数字几十几十的规律。

五、Practice.

1.Play games: look and guess(thirty、forty、fifty、sixty)

Look and say: 31, 58,69,42,70.

Look and say: forty-two…

2. Chant:

①listen and fill in blanks.

②watch the flash of the chant and then chant together.

③Ss try to make a new chant.

3. Text. ①Ss listen to the text ,then answer the questions.

②T read the dialogues ,Ss repeat.

③Ss read the dialogues together.

【设计意图】:CAI 出现数字,让学生即学即练。然后以任务教学形式完成lesson8 & lesson9 的课文教学。学生通过大量听、说练习进行巩固教学。

六、Consolidation and extension.

1. Ss write their own school information.

2. Group work: make a survey.

3. Make more sentences.

First, CAI shows a picture of box, then the picture of pencils. T helps Ss asks:How many pencils are there in the box?

Then, let Ss make sentences like:

How many ___ are there in the _______?

【设计意图】:表格一,由学生问教师,教师回答并示范正确填写表格。一方面教师和学生灵活互动,另一方面,让学生感知体会本课内容在实际生活中的运用。

表格二,学生四人小组合作完成任务:make a survey.在小组活动前,教师提问学生怎样快速完成任务,学生会说到三人一起提问,或一人提问三人认真记录。最后学生选择自己喜欢的方式完成调查活动。

CAI 展示图片,由学生看图提问,找规律并运用句型造句: How many ___ are there in the _______?让学生了解句型在生活中方方面面都可以运用。

4. Homework:

A.Recite the words:

thirty, forty , fifty , sixty .

B. Copy the words:

teacher, school, boy , girl.

C. Fill the forms after class.

D. Finish activity book.

课后反思:

在教学过程中,感觉好的方面有:

1. 教学面向全体学生,教学方法多样,借助“任务型”教学采用多样化的

教学手段将听、说、溶于一体,所采用的提示法和联想记忆法,不仅发展学生

的思维,而且训练了学生的记忆力。采用游戏教学方式,激发学生学习英语的

兴趣和愿望,拓展知识开拓思维。

2.教学设计紧扣主题,How many贯穿始终,各教学环节联系紧密,环环相

扣。

3.能熟练运用多媒体,制作的课件精美,在教学中起到很好的辅助作用。

4.学生接受知识快,表现欲望强,富有想象力和创造力,学习英语的积极性

被充分调动。

5.学生把知识和生活实际运用真正联系起来,使教材得以最大化和最优化

利用,学生的综合运用语言的能力得到了充分的提高。

6.将两课内容成功整合,重难点突出,较好完成教学目标任务。

7.小组活动环节,组内学生参与面较广,采访任务完成较好。

待改进之处:

1. 在小组采访活动后的展示环节留给学生展示的时间较少,学生的参与面

小。

2. 最后的拓展造句环节,时间有些仓促,大部分学生能够在教师的提示下

造句,但是只有少部分学生能够进行主动思维,自己造句。教师在这一环节应

充分调动学生的思维,将所学过的知识投入句型,使所学知识得到更好的运用。
