Step1：Greetings: T:Good morning,kids. Ss:Good morning,Ms li. T:How are you today? Ss:I’m fine,thank you.And how are you? T:I’m fine,too,thank you. Warm-up: 1,T:First,Let’s do a warm up.Enjoy a song,to do some relax.The name is I was fat. （第一遍欣赏）T:Let’s enjoy it for the first time. T:I’ll divide you into two groups. 本学期自开学以来，我在课堂上尽量使用简单的英语组织教学。无论课上时师生相互打招呼问候、道别，或是教师发指令让学生活动等，都用英语来说。到目前为止，已有多数学生已经理解简单语句的说法，并逐步学会了其说法。这样做有助于创造英语气氛，学生的学习用心性会更高，能够帮忙学生透过英语直接理解教学资料的意思，养成用英语思维的习惯。当然必要时也可适当的利用母语。例如用英语难以理解的，较抽象的词句就能够用英语解释，以节省教学时间。对于特殊的英语表达方式，也可作英语与母语比较，以加深理解，便于记忆。例如Goodmorning/afternoon/evening等的汉译是“早上/下午/晚上好！”但是英语里必需是Good在前的顺序。所以本节课我尽量保持全英教学，对于比较难的句子进行适当的讲解，学生对课堂指导语言都能够把握。

当学生正确回答问题时，我增加了许多鼓励，这是帮忙初学者克服英语学习的良好方法。而且任何鼓励都会使儿童感到高兴。我在课堂上大胆使用鼓励，能够鼓励全班，也可鼓励某一小组或某一学生。学生在开展个人活动、小组活动时，能够到学生中间去，鼓励和帮忙某一个学生、某两个学生、或某一组学生，这种做法是比较好的。

本节课的教学内容主要是be动词过去式的一般疑问句变化以及如何回答，学生对本节课的内容掌握的比较到位，课堂中间我利用了许多游戏来刺激学生的对英语的兴趣，利用表演黑猫警长询问犯人，以及角色扮演激发他们的表演欲望，课堂气氛一下子进入了活跃状态，学生们踊跃参加，效果甚好。

教师就像是导演，而学生就是演员。一部电影是否能成功上演，演员是最重要的成分之一。所以说，一堂课的成功于否不在于自我设计的有多么的精彩，同时还取决于学生对知识的认识和掌握程度。就是因为这样，我们更加要反思我们的学生。培养自我和学生的情感，多多了解他们的生活。这才能上好一堂满分的课。
