Teaching aims: Teaching procedures: 1.
Lead-in Have a chant of spring together to warm up the class. 2.
Free talk Show three different groups of pictures. Ask the students to describe and talk about the set topic. Read the important words and phrases together. 3.
Pair work Work in pairs to talk about the ss’ favorite dream house or the room in the house. Share. 4.

Listen to the tape and then answer some given questions. b.

Do a mind map to detail the understanding of the passage. Task 3 Writing Show ss how to find the key words in the given Chinese. (12 points) Ss write their own compositions with the help of useful expressions on page 16. Check by the ss themselves. Show the requirements and explain.
