一．教学内容

湘少版四年级上册Unit 3 Look at this elephant. Part A&B 二．教学目标

1、能听，说，读，认单词tiger,elephant,monkey,bird,mouse一些简单的描述性形容词；

2、能听懂，会读，理解一些简单的描述动物的形容词strong,big,funny,beautiful,small 3、能运用本课句型Look at ….It’s ….对动物进行正确描述。

三、教学重难点

重难点：1、掌握一些简单的描述动物的形容词。

2、能运用句型Look at ….It’s ….对动物进行正确描述。

四、教学准备

头饰，卡片，图片

五、教学步骤

Step 1 Warming up Greeting with each other . Sing the song << Ten little Indians>>. Lead-in. T: What can you see in the song? Ss: Some animals. T: Yes, today we are going to learn something about animals ,Unit3 Look at this elephant. 出示课题(PPT). Step 2 Presentation 1.用电子白板展示课题。

2.单词卡片出示词组Look at,带读，做动作让学生理解词组。复习重点单词this, that.

3. T: Let’s go to the zoo and see the animals, OK? Ss: OK. 课件出示动物园。

4.T: First, let’s say hello to the animals.课件出示动物：tiger,bird,mouse,monkey,elephant.PPT播放每一张图片时，让学生speak loudly. 5.出示一组大象的图片，a big one and a small one,让学生理解单词big ,small.带读，并做动作让学生加强记忆。

6.图片教单词，funny, strong ,beautiful.带读并做动作。让学生们集体、分组、单个练读。

7.词组教学：图片出示a big elephant ,a funny monkey ,a strong tiger, a beautiful bird. 让学生们集体、分组、单个练读。

8.句子教学：出示课文内容，让学生齐读，小组读，个人读。

Step 3 Practice 1.学生分组朗读句子。

2.分发头饰，小组表演。

Step 4 Homework 1.Recite Part A. 2.Copy new words.
