Unit 4 What’s the weather like? Section A 濮阳县清河头乡刘贯寨中心小学 齐香丽

一、Teaching aims：

1、知识和能力目标：

（1）能说会用单词：weather, sunny, windy, rainy, cloudy, snowy,等有关天气的单词和部分常用的地点名词；

（2）能说会用一个句型：What is the weather like today? It’s …；

（3）能在生活中用英语简单谈论天气情况。

2、过程与方法：

（1）通过游戏教学法，激发学生兴趣，让学生在玩中收获新知；

（2）通过多种激励方式，使学生获得英语自信心，乐于学习，形成初步用英语进行简单的日常交际能力。

二、重难点：

（1）能说会用单词：weather, sunny, windy, rainy, cloudy, snowy,等有关天气的单词和部分常用的地点名词；

（2）能说会用一个句型：What is the weather like today? It’s …；

（3）能在生活中用英语简单谈论天气情况。

三、课前准备：

单词卡片、句型卡片，四线三格贴，气球，扇子，sticker 四、教学过程：

提前板书课题和四线三个贴：

І. Warm-up:

1、Chant导入：

T：Good morning, good morning, good morning, pupil!

Ss：Good morning, good morning, good morning, teacher! （注：拍手+加速，迅速进入英语教学气氛）

2、读并分析课题：What’s the weather like?

教学单词weather（天气），其中like在这里不是“喜欢”，而是“像”。课题意思：天气是什么样子的？

II. New words: 单词卡片教学单词

1、sunny: /’sʌnɪ/

元音手势：食指、中指分叉伸开向下

Game: 高低声游戏

2、snowy: /’snǝʊɪ/

元音手势：食指、拇指OK手势向内划圈

Game: 身前身后游戏（置于身前就读词，置于身后安静）

3、windy: /’wɪndɪ/

元音手势：伸出食指/ɪ/

元音/eɪ/手势：五指并齐从耳边位置往下抄

Game: 扇气球游戏

（首先老师示范玩法：找一学生hold it，师扇扇子，学生说rainy单词，越来越快；然后让学生参与，Who can do like this?找一生扇扇子继续游戏。）

T：It’s meaning is …（学生：下雨的）

（注：1、每个游戏环节都要有标志性短语开始游戏：Ready？Go！

2、每个有学生参与的环节都给予奖励：sticker）

III. Practice 1、闪卡游戏二次学习单词；

2、炸弹游戏巩固单词学习效果。

IV. 板书：

利用单词卡片复习单词及汉义，四线三格贴内板书单词书写（画对应简笔画）。如图示：

V. Practice 分组：Group

and Group；Let’s PK.

闪卡单词PK（+1分；+2分）

VI. New Sentences 1、教学单词weather：

发音：找一列学生陆续发音，奖励sticker 2、教学句型What’s the weather like? T：Now, everybody. Look, this is…（学生：weather）OK, everybody, show me your hands（举手）

领动作：（拍手）what’s，what’s，What’s the weather like？（领做动作N遍，要注意不同音调教学句型，可从慢到快，多进行几组，并释义，注意激发学生的兴趣）

3、Practice：

找一组学生带动作说句型one by one，奖励sticker。

4、领读课题2-3遍：

T：When I ask you “ What’s the weather like?” You can say “It’s bla~bla~”（板书）

教学it’s /ɪts/中的/ts/：刺水动作：ci ci ci，ci ci ci；

5、引导答语：

T：我们说“天气是晴朗的”，怎么表示？

Ss：It’s sunny. T：天气是下雪的？

Ss：It’s snowy. T：天气是多风的？

Ss：It’s windy. T：天气是下雨的？

Ss：It’s rainy. T：So, when I ask “What’s the weather like?” You say…（学生：It’s sunny.）

What’s the weather like?（学生：It’s rainy.）

What’s the weather like?（学生：It’s snowy.）What’s the weather like?

（学生：It’s windy.）

VII. Practice 1、卡片问答：师生问答

T：（例如：拿着卡片sunny）What’s the weather like？

S1：It’s sunny. 2、卡片问答：and组问答

（1）T:（拿着卡片sunny）When I show this one, Apple say: “ What’s the weather like？” Orange say: “ It’s sunny.” Are you clear?（学生：Yes.）OK, ready? Go!

做四组，根据两组表现分别加分。

（2）T: OK, now, change. Orange say: “What’s the weather like？”

Apple say: “ It’s bla~bla~.” OK?（学生：OK.）Now, let’s begin. Ready? Go!

同样做四组，根据两组表现分别加分。

3、拍手传花游戏：

（1）T:（拿着卡片sunny）OK, everyone, this one is…? （学生：Sunny.）

This one…? （学生：Sunny.）This one…? （学生：Sunny.）（面对不同列学生发问）

T: OK, now, let’s play a game. （把卡片给一学生）You say “sunny”

and pass it to the next one, OK? （学生：OK.）OK, ready? Go! 学生迅速说着单词传递卡片sunny，然后师“stop”。让全体学生做动作说: “What’s the weather like？”

最后手持卡片的学生回答: “ It’s sunny.”

T：So, everyone, this one is? （学生：Sunny.）

（2）T:（换卡片）Everyone, this one is? This one…? This one…? OK, this time, Who can hold it? 指一学生开始，继续游戏，同法（1）。

进行完四个单词四组同款游戏。每次最后手持卡片回答正确的学生得sticker。

VIII. 总结：

引导学生一起归纳总结今日所学知识：

（师：OK, everybody, look at the blackboard, we have learnt the new sentenses are…: “What’s the weather like？”

We can answer: “

It’s …, It’s …, ……”

Very good! OK, let’s see, who is the better? ……（数and组各自得分，例如6，7）So, orange is the better! Let’s clap our hands to congratulate Group orange（鼓掌祝贺）OK, orange, who have stickers? No, sit down. Yes, stand up!（巡视orange组）One sticker, sit down…Two stickers, stand up. OK, 5 pupils have 2 stickers. What should we do? 5个人都是2个sticker，怎么办呢？OK, paper-scissors-stone, 我们来剪刀石头布，两两拼拳，决出胜者，获得老师自己做的特别奖品。）

IX. Homework: Read the sentences 5 times.

六、教学反思：

教学有自己的模式，指令简短清晰，多个游戏贯穿整个课堂，教学方式方法多样、灵活，老师上课很有激情，也成功点燃和调动了学生的激情，课堂气氛活跃，教学效果非常好，很好的完成了教学目标。
