教材简解

本课主要是围绕四个孩子的暑假计划来展开教学。文本中的词汇是有关城市的地点名词可结合图片和视频进行教学。语法也是延续了前一个单元的语法项目一般将来时，重点是一般将来时的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。

设计理念

苏霍姆林斯基说过：“学生来到学校不仅是为了取得一份知识的行囊，更主要的是为了变得更聪明。”教学中，注意多角度、多方位设计各种思考题，发挥学生横向、类比、逆向联想等思维，使学生不单单是理解和掌握所学的内容，而是利用现学知识，结合已学知识去创造、去探索，培养创新思维，增强创新能力。“小组合作学习”作为一种新的学习方式, 它通过分组活动使大班额变成了“小班”,又通过小组内的合作使更多的学生直接参与活动, 这不仅提高了教学效率, 也促进了学生间良好的人际合作关系。小组合作学习使教学过程真正建立在学生自主学习，主动探索的基础上，通过学生全面多样的主体实践活动，促进他们主体精神、实践能力和多方面素质的发展。

设计思路

教学中我始终围绕着“激”和“放”两个字在小组合作中展开教学。

“激”——六年级的学生在课堂上通常比较保守，所以在设计教学时我尽量激发学生开口说的欲望，激发学生已有的知识储备。那么在小组合作中就给了孩子们一个很好的平台，让他们不光学到新知识，更能将已有的知识进行整合，真正成为自己的东西。

“放”——文本的理解对于学生来说并不是难点，只要给他们机会学生会还你一个意想不到的结果。所以课文的学习主要是让学生自己提出想要知道什么，从而自己阅读小组内讨论探究再得到解决。效果比老师的一味灌输要好得多。那么教师在活动中要引导学生积极参与到小组合作学习中去，当小组成员集体合作不足以完成目标时，给予点拨辅导，观察倾听以确保他们的学习互动富有成效。

教学过程

Step 1 Pre-reading 1.Free talk T: What’s the weather like today?

What season is it now? Which season do you like best? Why? 2.课件呈现教师本人的一张夏季旅行照片

(1)T: I like summer best because there’s a long holiday in summer.

It’s summer holiday.(板书） I can go travelling. Now, you’re in Grade 6, and two months later you’ll finish primary school and have the summer holiday, how do you feel now? Do you have any plans?(板书）

出示课题： Unit 7 Summer holiday plans (2)The students say their plans, and the teacher uses “Where will you go? How will you go? How long will you stay there? ...”to ask. 教师示范之后，学生4人小组合作谈谈自己的暑假计划。

（3）T: This summer holiday I have a good plan too. Do you have any questions? Show the words: “where, who, how, how long, what, and will ”学生举手提问教师。

Step 2 While-reading （1）T: Just now we talked about our summer holiday plans, now there are four children, they’re talking about their plans too. What do you want to know?(学生说老师板书） （2）First Let’s find where they will go, watch the video and match. Use the sentence “….

will go to ...” to answer.

Learn the new words:Disneyland ,Ocean Park, Taipei 四人小组合作学习用“…. will go to ...”来练一练。

（3）T: The other answers you can read by yourselves. Read the text on P68, then answer : How long will Mike stay in London? What will YangLing do in Beijing? Will YangLing go to Beijing by plane? Then check answers and learn: how long, month. Listen and repeat, then try to say. Let Ss work in groups. (4)Read and judge. Read the text on P68, then judge the sentences. If it is wrong, then correct it. Listen and repeat ,then try to say. Step 3 Post-reading (1) Read the whole dialogue freely in groups, and choose the way you like. (2) Act the dialogue. (3) Talk about the students plans. Look at the blackboard and retell. (4) Help Mike finish the notes. “Our summer holiday”

Step 4 Consolidation Talk about your plans in groups. 选择一个你喜欢的节日谈论你们的计划。

Step 5 Homework (1)Read the text after the tape. (2)Say something about the students' plans. (3)Say something about your summer holiday plan.
