教学目标: 知识目标:
1、By using courseware, cards and playing games, students can listen, read and say the four words: monkey , horse , bear , cow . 2. Through watching video, making sentences, asking and answering practice, students can understand and use the patterns “What’s in the box?”
“Is it a tiger? Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t.” proficiently. 能力目标:
1. Through listening, reading, role play and making dialogues, students can listen, read and act out the dialogues, and learn how to treat others courteously and develop good habits of civilization. 2. Through listening the whole text, we can let the students talk about each other or inquire.
情感目标:
Learn how to describe yourself and enhance interests in learning English and enthusiasm, let the students love yourself. 教学重点:
1. Learn to use the pattern: “Is it …? Yes, it is./
No, it isn’t.”
“What’s in the box?”
2. Learn to use the dialogue in part “Read and say”. 教学难点:
1. Read and learn to use the sentences. 2. Four skills words ‘monkey , horse , bear , cow . 3. Make sentences by the students . 教具准备: word cards, courseware,books, teaching tools. 教学时间:2课时

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning ! T: Are you ready? Ss: Yes. T: Let’s have a chant! 2、
引出主题
I have a box. Guess, What’s in the box
?
Students say the sentence: What’s in the box
?
Introduce the animals in the box or Let them guess.
When we see one animal, I say ‘Is it a tiger ?’
And give the answer ‘Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t.’
Teach the most important sentence type What’s in the box? “Is it …? Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t.” and learn the word ‘ horse’.

The same way to learn ‘monkey, bear, cow ’. Train the students to read the pattern correctly . Do some oral practice about the new pattern. 4、

Listen to the tape and choose the name you’ve heard. 5、

Read silently and fill in the blanks in groups. 6、

Read loudly and answer the questions. 7、
听音跟读
Listen and try to read after the tape. 8、
角色朗读
