教学目标:

1、学生能掌握基数词变序数词的规律,能够听懂,会说和认读第一到第十二

(first,second,third,fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh,eighth, ninth,tenth,eleventh,twelfth),并能区分基数词和序数词。

2、学生能认读、理解并运用下列基本句型结构:

主语+be动词(am/is/are)+the+序数词.……是第……

课文原句:Li Ming is the first.

3、运用所学句型复习上节课所学的12个月,如,January is the first month./句型-When is the +序数词+month?

学情分析:

四年级学生活泼好动,爱新鲜,注意力尚不集中。因此,教学形式必须多样化,让学生在愉悦的环境中学习英语,效果会更好。

教学重点:

1、学生能掌握基数词变序数词的规律,能够听懂,会说和认读第一到第十二

(first,second,third,fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh,eighth, ninth,tenth,eleventh,twelfth),并能区分基数词和序数词。

1、学生能认读、理解并运用下列基本句型结构:

2、运用所学句型复习上节课所学的12个月,如,January is the first month./句型-When is the +序数词+month?

教具准备:

本课所需图片及单词卡片,ppt课件。

教学过程:

Step 1:Warming up

Greeting

T:Hello!Boys and girls.

S:!Hello!Miss Liu.

T:How are you today?

S:Fine thanks. How are you ?

T:I am very well,thank you !Nice to meet you!

S: Nice to meet you,too.

Step 2:Review

We will begain our class.First of all, let’s review the points we learned last class.

1.Show the picture of race the song<

Months>>.出示一月份到十二月份的图片并且聆听歌曲<<12个月>>,回忆学过的12个月。

2.After the song,随机提问同学每个月份的读法以及如何拼写,检测同学对上节课知识的掌握情况。

Step 3:Start the new class

1.Show the picture of a race .让学生观察一次赛跑比赛的图片,并说出赛跑结果的名词,谁是第一名?谁是第二名?……对序数词有初步的认识。

2.学习下列句子:

Li Ming is the first.

The girl is the second.

The boy in red shorts is the third.

让学生初步学习第一,第二,第三的英文读法和拼写,并学习序数词的用法。

(1)学习第一到第十二的序数词,

first,second,third,fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh,eighth,ni nth,tenth,eleventh,twelfth,通过学生之间的讨论,找出基数词变序数词的规律以及几个变形特殊的序数词。

(2)通过学生讨论发言,总结出基数词序数词的规律,

并出示一下口诀:

基(数词)变序(数词),有规律,

末尾加上“th”。

first,second,third,单独记,

末尾字母“t”,“d”,“d”。

8减“t”(eight---eighth),9减“e”(nine---ninth)

“f”来把“ve”替(five---fifth)

字母“ty”作结尾,“ty”变成“tie”(twenty---twentieth)。

若是遇上几十几,只变个位就可以(twenty-one----

twenty-first)。

4.(学习完基数词变序数词的规律,结合上节课学习的十二个月练习一下对序数词的掌握情况。) try to answer some questions.

(1)“What’s the first month of the year ?”

“What’s the second month of the year ?”

依次提问剩下的十个月份。

5.课堂习题。

根据汉语提示完成句子

1.这是一场比赛。

2.吉姆是第一名。

3. 今天爸爸穿着白色的T恤。

My father is _______ a _______ T-shirt today.

4. 我们说一说一年中的每个月吧。

教学反思:

本节课我注重创设英语情境,使学生在愉快的氛围中学习英语,体会到了学英语的乐趣。本课重点学生能掌握基数词变序数词的规律,能够听懂,会说和认读第一到第十二的序数词。我通过根据PPT图片展示让学生反复提问练习,知识得以巩固。总之,这节课课堂气氛活跃,为今后更好的学习英语打下了基础。
