一、教学目标(Teaching aims)

(一)知识目标(Knowledge aims) 1. 听、说、读、写单词 wore, told, after, women,听、说、认读单词 joke, show, laugh, ready, letter, actor, theatre, restaurant。 2. 听、说、读、写句子:We laughed a lot. The men wore women’s clothes.

(二)能力目标(Ability aims) 能够描述过去的动作或状态。

二、教学重难点(Teaching points and difficulties)

(一)重点(Points) 1. 听、说、读、写单词 wore, told, after, women。 2. 运用一般过去时的句子描述过去的动作或状态。

(二)难点(Difficulties) 1. wore 发音较难;theatre 中的 th 发音较难。 2. 不规则动词的过去式。

三、教学准备(Teaching preparation) 课件(教师可以在优教平台直接调用或下载)。

四、教学过程

Step 1: Warm-up

1. 师生相互问候。

2. 教师播放 Module8 Unit2 活动 5 歌曲动画,学生跟唱,活跃气氛。

3. Free talk: 师生运用 Module8 重点句型进行简单对话。 What did you do yesterday? I … Will you … tomorrow? Yes, I will. No, I won’t.

Step 2:Presentation

1. 活动 1: Look, Listen and say. (1) 教师出示本部分图片,请学生猜猜看 Amy, Sam 和玲玲在谈论什么。 (2) 教师播放本部分动画,学生回答问题:(wore 为新词,教师需解释其意思并教授其发音) What did Amy see yesterday? What did Sam see yesterday? What did Lingling see yesterday? (3) 同桌两人一组,运用句型 He/She saw … 描述 Amy, Sam 和玲玲昨天看到了什么。

2. 活动 2: Listen and read. (1) 教师通过与学生谈论书信的话题引出本部分内容。如:询问学生是否收到过信(邮件)?有没有收到过从外国寄来的信(邮件)?(教授新词 letter)教师在课件上呈现一封自己曾经收到的从外国寄来的信(邮件),帮助学生了解英语信件的基本格式。 (2) 教师播放课文录音,请学生边听边理解课文大意。(3) 教师再次播放课文录音,请学生边听边用笔勾画出课文中的生词、短语以及不熟悉的句子,并根据上下文和图片猜生词的意思。 (4) 教授主要新词①教师向学生讲述一个别人告诉自己的一个笑话,引出并教授单词 told, joke, laugh. 参考笑话: Good Boy Little Robert asked his mother for two cents. “What did you do with the money I

gave you yesterday?” “I gave it to a poor old woman.” he answered. “You’re a good boy.” said the mother proudly. “Here are two cents more. But why are you so interested in the old woman? ” “She is the one who sells the candy.” ②教师通过呈现剧院演出的图片,引出并教授单词:theatre, show, actor. ③教师呈现餐馆中一位服务员正在上菜的图片,引出并教授单词:restaurant, women, ready. (5) 教师播放课文动画两遍,学生认真观看,回答问题:① Where did Lingling go last week? ②What did the men and the women wear? ③ Where did they go after the show? (after 为新词,教师需解释其意思并教授其发音)④ What did they eat in the restaurant? 答案:①She went to a children’s th eatre last week. ② The men wore women’s clothes. The women wore men’s clothes. ③ They went to a restaurant after the show. ④ They all ate hamburgers and chips. (6) 教师请学生画出课文中的动词过去式:went, wore, told, was, laughed, at. 教师在课件上呈现以上动词过去式及其原形:go, wear, tell, is, laugh, eat. 请学生连线,然后把这些动词过去式的原形写在书上对应的单词上面。 (7) 教师再次播放课文动画,学生逐句跟读。(提醒学生注意模仿录音中语音、语调)

Step 3: Practice

1. 活动 3: Listen and say. (1) 教师播放本部分录音,学生先听 1 遍,然后跟读。 (2) 同桌相互描述图片内容。

2. 活动 4: Practice. (1) 教师在课件上出示本部分图片,学生说出相应的英语单词或词组。(2) 教师找两名学生,仿照书上的例句进行对话,帮助学生了解本部分内容要求。(3) 同桌两人一组,模仿例句进行对话。 (4) 教师可挑 5 组学生起来对话。

Step 4: Consolidation 教师请学生模仿玲玲的信,给自己的一位朋友写封信,告诉他(她)你上周末做了什么。

Step 5: Summary 教师引导学生总结本课所学的词汇和句型,鼓励学生提出问题。教师点评学生的表现。

Step6: Homework 1. 写出自己昨天做了什么,不少于三句话。

2. Read the dialogue two times.
