教学设计

Teaching aims:

The words: January, February ,March, April, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.（十二个月份的单词）

The sentences: - How’s the weather in …?（描述不同月份的天气）

Teaching procedure:

Pre-task preparations

1. Sing a song.（唱一首有关天气的歌曲）

2. Review the wors about the weather: hot, cold, warm, cool, sunny, rainy, cloudy, windy, snowy.(复习描述天气的单词)

3. Describe the four seasons.（谈论四季的天气，以及你最喜欢的季节）

T: How many seasons are there in a year?

Ss: There are four seasons.

T: What are they?

Ss: They are spring, summer, autumn and winter.

T: What’s your favourite season? Why?

Ss:It’s warm. I can fly a kite in spring.

4. Talk about the twelve months.（谈论一年有几个月份）

T: How many months are there in a year?

Ss: There are twelve months.

T: Today, let’s learn the twelve months.

While-task procedures

1. Learn the words of twelve months.

1）Look at the screen and learn the words. （大屏幕出示十二个月份，依次学习单词）

T: January. J-A-N-U-A-R-Y, January.

Ss: January. J-A-N-U-A-R-Y, January.

2）Read the words. (大小声跟读单词)

3）Quick response.（快速反应）

T：Read the words follow me. If I’m wrong. Clap your hands and say the right words.

学生跟着老师再次读单词，如果老师读错了就要拍手，然后读出正确的单词。

4) Listen and choose.(听听选选)

教师说出单词，让学生从单词卡片中选出相应的月份图片。

5) Look and match.(配对游戏)

把月份卡片和单词打乱，让学生将单词和图片配对。

6) Point and say.（指指说说)

学生两人一组，一个人用手指着一个月份，另一个人说出该月份的英语。

7) Read and spell.(拼读单词)

学生两人一组，一个学生读单词，另一个拼单词。

8) Have a competition.(小组竞赛)

教师说月份，学生举相应的单词卡片，举对一次得一分，最后得分最高的小组获胜。

2. Introduce the monts of four seasons.(介绍四季的月份)

T：The spring months are…

S1: The summer months are..

再次出示四季的图片，让学生根据所在城市一年四季的情况，介绍四季的月份。教师可做示范。

3. Describe the weather in different months. (描述不同月份的天气)

T：Which month is it？

Ss: It’s March.

T: How’s the weather?

Ss: It’s sunny\rainy\...

4. Practice in pairs.(让学生抽取卡片，根据卡片结对练习)

S1：Which month is it？

S2: It’s April.

S1: How’s the weather?

Ss: It’s sunny\rainy\windy\cloudy

Post-task activity

Choose three months and practice in groups. Then act out the dialogue.

S1：It’s April.How’s the weather?

S2: It’s warm and rainy.

S1: It’s December. How’s the weather?

S2: It’s cold and cloudy.

把学生分成三人一组，各小组选择三个月份，根据这三个月份的天气情况进行对话。小组练习，然后表演。
