Lesson 2 What Are You Doing? 一、教学目标

1. 知识目标 （1）学生能够听懂、会说、认读和书写下列词汇： see，look，look at, look out of, boy，girl，now，draw a picture。

（2）学生能初步学会，并正确运用下列基本句型：What do you see? I see______. What are you doing? I’m drawing a picture.

2.能力目标

通过现在进行时的学习，学生能运用所学语言对现在进行时的活动进行描述。

3. 情感目标

创设英语情景，增强互动，激发学生的学习兴趣，使其主动参与课堂实践活动，从而体验到合作学习的快乐和成就感。

二、教学重难点

1. 教学重点

学生能够在生活情境中灵活运用现在进行时。

2. 教学难点

现在进行时句式结构的理解和运用。

三、教具准备：卡片，多媒体课件。

四、教学过程

I. Warm-up. 1. Greeting. Hello, boys and girls. How are you? Are you ready for the English class？

设计意图：问候式开始，使学生感到亲切。

2. Listen to a song. 设计意图：活跃课堂气氛，吸引学生注意，从而激发学生的学习兴趣。同时为本节课学习进行时做好铺垫。

II. Revision. Now, let’s look at the pictures of animals. What do you see? What are they doing? (课件出示4张动物图片，师问生答。) S1：Look! I see a bird. It’s flying. S2: Look! I see a monkey. It’s crying. S3: Look! I see three bears. They a re dancing. S4: Look! I see two rabbits. They are eating. 设计意图：用动物展示图片，调动学生的积极性，再用问答的形式为引入新课做准备。

III. Lead-in. The bears are dancing. The rabbits are eating. Look at me. What am I doing? I am standing. What are you doing? （板书课题）

IV. Presentation. (一) Learn Part One.

1. Guess where Jenny is. What is she doing? (出示课件) Teach：look, see, look out of, ,girl. (板书) 2. Guess where Denny is. Is he looking out of the window? What is he doing? (出示课件) Teach: look at, boy. 3. Listen to the tape. Answer the questions. What do Danny and Jenny see on the train? What is Danny doing? Can he point? (出示课件) 4. Read in roles. 设计意图：感知现在进行时、理解文本，学习本课重点句型，整合文本第三部分，夯实重点，突破难点。

(二) Let the students understand the tense: The Present Continuous Tense 1.

Now, let’s play a game, who can come here? Please look at the words on the paper, and make the action. Who can guess what he is doing, and ask him : What are you doing? (教师先示范，同时教学生理解draw a picture的含义。然后找三个志愿者到前面，先看卡片上的词，然后作出相应动作其他学生猜出动作的含义，并教学生用what are you doing? I am _ing…问答) 2.（板书）What are you doing now? I am drawing a picture. (walking, dancing a song, running) Teach: draw a picture (再出示课件) 3. Let’s chant. Draw, draw, drawing Walk, walk, walking. Dance, dance dancing. Run, run, running. 4. T: Look! What am I doing? I am looking at the blackboard. I am standing. 5.课件出示现在进行时的构成。让学生自己总结动词现在分词的变化规则。

设计意图：在游戏中呈现what are you doing? I am _ing…体现知识性与趣味性的统一和让学生在玩中学，做中学的教学理念。从而使学生能够加深对其意义的理解。

(三) Learn Part Two. 1. Look at the picture of Danny. Is Danny pointing now? What is he doing? (出示课件 Danny is singing a song.) 2. Listen and answer the questions. What is Jenny/Li Ming doing ? Does Mrs. Li like Danny’s song? (教师提问，播放文本第二部分音频。) 设计意图：通过 Danny 这条主线，学生自然进入第二部分的学习进一步理解现在进行时。

3. Read and act (1)

T: Read in roles. Then ask and answer one by one. (2)

Act the dialogue. ( 根据课文四人一组练习)

4.总结What are you doing? I’m___ing. 从而引入 What is he / she doing? He /She’s___ing.句式。（出示课件）

设计意图：回归文本，让学生对所学重点在头脑中进行总结并沉淀，学生可以自主选择自己喜欢的角色，进行新知的语音输出。

(出示课件.师生合作示范第一幅图片的对话。教师通过幻灯片的动画

效果强调并渗透 having 一词。have—has—having) 设计意图：学生通过操练不断强化现在进行时的运用，由第一人称转变到第三人称做充分的操练。

V. Summary.(出示课件) VI. Homework: 用What do you see? What are you doing? 组一组对话。

设计意图：巩固课上知识，将课上所学落实到笔头上。

板书设计: Lesson 2 What Are You Doing? Look! I see a girl. She is looking out of the window. What are you doing now? I am drawing a picture.

教学反思：

这节课的重点是让学生较好地把握“现在进行时”的句法。我为了顺利地完成教学目标，更好地突出重点，按照学生的认知规律，我采用了情景教学法、直观教学法、全身反应法、结合多媒体辅助教学。在教学过程中采用chant、英文歌谣，游戏等教学手段寓教于乐，通过听一听、看一看、猜一猜、做一做等活动，运用学生多种感官的结合，有效调动他们的求知欲，并注重新旧知识间的融洽，丰富学生的语言输出。培养不同层次的学生大胆用英语交际的能力，实现教学目标。
