1.会听说读写单词dream, future, tooth, scientist, artist, take care of。

2.能熟练使用句型What do you want to be in the future?并掌握其回答方式进行操练，并正确地理解课文，朗读课文。

3.培养学生的发散性思维和语言表达能力。

4.创设情境进行教学，激发学生的求知欲和表现力,激发学生心怀梦想并付诸努力。

熟练使用句型What do you want to be in the future?并掌握其回答方式进行操练，并正确地理解课文、朗读课文。

Step1：Warming up. 1.Lead-in.The students will graduate from primary school and go to middle.Ask:What do you want to be in the future?Listen to the song and try to sing together. Let’s guess what the boy is.（这个男孩是做什么工作的）

2.Look at the pictures, and guess‘What does Bobby want to be in the future?’(Pay attention to the important phrase: in the future.) Then show the answer: He wants to be a traveller.利用Bobby 的事例引导学生：That’s his dream. Do you have a dream? 接下来投影展示一些学生熟悉的动词，让他们转化成名词,并同时展示另外两个表示职业的名词，然后大声朗读并记忆。

7.Fly dream cards and ask and answer questions.

Step2: New lesson. 1.

Play a game ‘Link, link'.(Follow the rules ,then start.) ①Let’s match the verbs and the correct nouns.) ②Match the pictures and the words. 2.

Show new words and pictures.(Read together). astronaut,ship-spaceship; spaceman; piano-pianist ;dentist; science-scientist; art-artist 3.

Ask and answer questions.(Work in pairs.) Q1:What do you want to be in the future? A1:I want to be a/an...... Q2:What does he want to be in the future? A2:He wants to be a/an...... Step3: Skills. 1.

Match and say: What do they want to be？（Put the correct numbers into the box,then check the answer.) 2.

Read and underline.(Finish the form by listening to the tape ,then fill in the blanks.)Read Storytime and underline the key sentences.)Pay attention to those useful phrases:①care about;②fly a spaceship;③play in the World Cup;④come true. 3.

Make their own Dream cards,and write down their dreams.Then work in pairs. 4.

Read the sentences together.(Choose the way you like to read Storytime.)Ask some groups to come to the blackboard and read the sentences for their classmates 5.
