Preparation

Give some pictures.
What’s the picture about? It is about the days of a week. How many days are there in a week? Seven. What day is it today? It is ... At first let's learn the seven days of a week. Step 2 Presentation& Practice Presentation 1
Learn new words by chanting.. Show the chant to the students, and lead students to learn the new words: Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday / Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday / Sunday . Brainstorm
We have math at 8:05 A.M. on Monday.
We have art at 3:00 P.M on Tuesday.
We are very busy from Monday to Friday. But we are free on Saturday and Sunday. Learn and Practice description words Ask students the question: What's your favorite food/ subject/ .? Why? Why not?
Learn the descriptions words by showing them some vivid pictures. Collect as many descriptions as we can, and teach the new words: cool and free.

Ask Ss finish 1c and ask questions about the schedule in1c:What classes does David have on Monday?
