Module 6 Unit 2 Was it a big city then? 一、教材分析 本课是英语新标准三年级起点，四年级下册Module 6 Unit 2 Was it a big city then? 本单元通过谈论画册，谈论深圳的事情，学习询问过去事物或人物的特征和状态。

二、教学目标 1、知识与技能：基本能会说、会读、会写词汇：village.学会Was it a big city then? 学会用Was it a/an ……？来询问某事物过去是否具有某种特征。 2、过程与方法：通过书本、调查等多种途径了解深圳的风土人情、标志建筑等信息。收集相关文字和图片资料在课堂上进行交流和介绍。 3、情感态度与价值观：通过同学之间互相表述的过程，加强同学间了解，学会如何与他人相处的人际关系，从而提高学生口语交际能力。

三、学情分析 因为已经是第二课时的学习，学生已经初步感知并掌握了was和were，通过意义操练进一步帮助学生内化知识，同时基于平时训练激活学生内在学习能动性。
