一、教材分析

本课是上海教育出版社小学英语六年级上册第11单元listen and say 的教学设计，本课以对话的形式呈现语言.主要学习句型 We get wood from trees./We use wood to make pencils. 二、教学目标：

1、能听、说、认读单词look and learn 的生词，并能在生活中运用。

2、通过listen and say 关于树的重要性的对话，使学生能掌握核心句型We get...from...和We use wood make ...,并在实际生活中运用。

3、通过看一个小视频，学生切身感受到我们应保护树木，植树造林。

三、教学重、难点

教学重难点：

1、词汇：wood ,match 2、句型：We get wood from trees. We use wood to make pencils. 四、课前准备

1、 Warm-up and preview

C、发挥想象力用get ...from...来造句。（进一步走进生活，学生运用学过的知识对自己在生活中的认识作一阐述。）

D、listen and match：让学生先看图片上的单词，然后学生根据听到的单词，将图片配对连线。

E、T:we get wood from trees，so what do we use wood for?学习句型We use ...to make ... Eg:We use wood to make pencils. S:We use wood to make paper....(学生通过自己在生活中的认识说出我们可以用木头来做成的东西，再一次贴近生活发挥想象力。）
