Analysis of the Teaching Material:

Position and function

本单元话题围绕“学校科目（school subjects）”对各学科的英语名称，描述学科特点的形容词及表示星期的名词进行学习，通过目标句型的活动，学生能够联系实际谈论学科喜好并且会表述理由。本课时在Section A和Grammar Focus之后是对学科名词，使用形容词对学科发表看法的进一步巩固的一堂听说课。为下一节课的开放性的输出做了语言和内容上的铺垫。

Teaching aims

Aim of knowledge：学生通过口头、书面练习能够运用free、cool、boring、difficult等描述性形容词和Tuesday、Wednesday等表示星期的名词。通过听力后的互动谈论David的信息进行问答。

Aim of ability：在语言活动中学会谈论自己或别人的时间表喜好并且会表述理由

Aim of emotion：通过表达时间表的活动安排，让学生们通过交流他人的设计与想法，写出一个适合自己的学习和课余爱好的自我管理时间表。

Key and difficult points

key points：对5 wh - 疑问句的问句和回答，巩固形容词用法

difficult point：能够正确使用单词及目标句型对话题表述

解决方法：给足够练习时间，利用小组合作互帮互助



Analysis of the Students：

由上个单元谈论日期，再到本单元日期下的描述学科活动，此话题更贴近学生的日常活动，尤其通过本节课的学习，学生的班级日课表也可用英文来表述，学生更加积极主动参与其中，英语的真实情境促使学生提高英语在生活中的使用。培养学生由学习英文表达的文化意识上升为内在的文化品格。落实英语学科核心素养的培养。


