进行了回顾，Module7 Unit1中又将一般疑问句Are there many…?进行了学习。在此基础上，本课学习特殊疑问句进行询问。

二、学情分析

对于三年级学生来说，由于本课是在Unit1基础上的学习，并且How many的这种询问学生在老师平日得询问中已经有了一定的印象，所以学习起来难度不大。针对三年级学生的年龄特点，本课采取了活动、游戏等能激发学生的兴趣，调动了学生的积极性，使学生在真实的情境中学习，感受所学的知识，并真正地把它运用到实际中。

三、教学目标

（1）听：全体学生能听懂

“How many apples are there in the box?”

（2）说: 全体学生能说“How many apples are there in the box?”

（3）读: 部分学生能认读thirty （4）写：部分学生能认写thirty

（1）功能：谈论数量。

（2）语法：全体学生能运用：How many apples are there in the box? （3）词汇：部分学生能理解本课单词：thirty （4）语音：感知课文与韵文的语音语调。

（一）复习导入Warm-up and lead in（8 分钟）

1. Sing a song.

教师带领学生演唱Three Green Parrots。教师和学生一起边拍手边演唱歌曲。唱完歌曲，教师:How many parrots are there?同时出示歌曲中的图片。让学生看图说There are three green parrots。

2．Ask and answer

出示书中M7 U1课文中的男孩与Amy, Sam的头像。进行填空。

Boy: __________? Amy: Yes, there are forty-one.

Boy: __________? Sam: There are twenty boys.

Boy: __________? Amy: No, there aren’t. There are about twenty. 【设计意图】以旧带新，复习前一课知识，为今天的学习做好铺垫。

（二）任务呈现Task presentation（

1 分钟）

出示猴山图片进行询问

T:：Are there many monkeys here?

S1: Yes.

T: How many monkeys are there?

Listen, point and say.

Ss: There are twenty-six.

Task: 学校举行形象大使选拔赛，回答与学校相关的问题，比一比谁更了解学校。

【设计意图】自利用前一课的知识自然的导入，使学生能自然地接受新知。

1．Look and say. T：What animals at the zoo? How many? Let’s see.出示歌曲中的森林图片，让学生来观察、感受。

Ss：They are elephants, tigers, lions, monkeys, parrots, cats and dogs. Q: How many? Let’s listen and say. Then chant. T: How many tigers are there? S1: There are fifty tigers. T: I’m tired. Who can ask questions? S2: How many… are there?
