教学目标：

知识目标：运用本模块所学的词汇和短语,结合购物时的常见句型，

正确表达个人的意见。

能力目标： 阅读中能辨别新词汇，正确理解移动电话的短文和对话，提高学生的阅读及归纳能力。

情感目标： 通过对这两部分的学习，鼓励学生了解新的科技技术，学会客观、辩证地看待现代现代电信设备。

教学重点：

学会使用购物的常见句型，理解电话短信的

发展以及表情符号的发展。

教学难点：让学生掌握并熟练使用相关句型。

Teaching aims: Knowledge aims: let students master some useful expression and sentence pattern about buying. Ability aims: To improve the students’ reading and summary ability. Emotion aim: By learning the two parts, the student will be encouraged to care about the science and technology.

Teaching process

Step 1, Lead- in Ask a question

Can you use your phone in your classroom? Why?

向学生提出问题，引出手机购买这个话题。

Step2, Speaking

Step 3. Reading

Ask a student to play as a customer, and the teacher plays as a boss of cellphone shop. Then we will make a conversation about buying phone. After that, the other students can imitate and make conversation by themselves. Ask some students to perform.

Pre-reading :In 2000, how much did people pay for a call per minute ? While –reading: Ask the students to read the article and find out how to shorten message. 首先师生活动，运用文本所提供的句式加以引导，指导学生练习英语对话。

Step4. group work

Comparing the emoticons and emoji, students can tell what do they like. After-reading, After this part , students can summarize the importance of the technology. Ask students to observe the evolution of the mobile phone and the development mobile phone network. Then, ask them to discuss and imagine what mobiles will be like in 2030 and draw it on the paper.
