教材分析:

该课是新路径英语三年级起点五年级下册第三单元第二课,是在该单元A Birthday Party主题下的第2个情境对话,前一个情境是An Invitation,后一个情境是A Birthday Party。该课是在以前学习过Can I help you ?的基础上进一步引入How much is it?及适当的讲价用语,很实用于学生的现实生活。

教学目标:

1、理解新单词piano、money意思,正确掌握读音;理解dear、expensive、discount的意思。

2、理解运用句子H ow much is it ? 3、理解课文意思,能流利的朗读课文,进行对话表演。

学情分析:

在学生已学如Can I help you?I want

......How much......?的基础上,练习和巩固运用这些句子,并能运用于自己的语言表达中。

教学重难点:

理解和朗读课文,正确运用句子H ow much is it ?及其答语。

一、

创境,引思入情。

1、

Good morning,boys and girls. Nice to meet you .Today,we’re good friend,OK?

Good friends,please tell me:What day is it today?What’s the date?Show a birthday cake,today is Tingting’s birthday,they’re going to have a birthday party. So, Tingting wants to buy a present for her good friend. ( show present , it means gift. PPT演示,read

1、

出示课文全图,提问引导学生识图。

Please look : How many pictures are there ?Who is the girl? Who is the woman?

where are they ?

What are they talking?(逐一出示问题,在老师的引导观察下,逐一提取相关图片信息。) 2、

围绕课文全图,出示问题,读懂问题。

What does it mean in Chinese ?) 2.What does the gift look like?(Look like, What’s the meaning ? ) 3.Does Tingting like the music box?(Who can read this sentence ? Please. What does it mean in Chinese ?)

4.How much is the music box,20 yuan or 16 yuan?(Who can read this sentence ? Please. What does it mean in Chinese ?) Now, let’s read the 4quetions together. 3、带着问题听课文。

(dear ,what’s the meaning? 通过课件展示玩具熊的价格为1000元,引出Oh, it’s too dear. 理解dear的意义it means 昂贵的,由此引出expensive 的学习. Read together: Oh, it’s too expensive. Any discount? (dis--count--discount--practise.) discount, what does it mean? PPT演示How much is the toy?

It’s 100 yuan. Now,discount---only 80 yuan,what does discount mean? It means 打折。

1、Please take out your English books, turn to page 56. Let’s read the text together. 2、Practise: Group 1 and group 2 are Tingting, group 3 and group 4 are the shop assistant, read the sentenses ,then, change.

3、Work in pairs, then show.(能看着课文流利读出对话得一颗星;能脱离课文读出对话得二颗星;能脱离课本表演对话得三颗星。) 4、根据提示,创编对话。

5、展示。

四、布置作业,结束。

课后反思:

本课时是结合本校121情趣课堂教学流程和本人的小课题《在小学新路径英语教学中适当渗透音标教学》进行的一堂研究课。整堂课由引思入情(创境引入)、深思激情(学习新知)、融思表情(拓展延伸)三个大的板块构成,既体现了北小121的课型特色,又凸显了英语学科课堂流程的兼容性、整体性和延伸性。在整个流程中,在抓住整体呈现的同时,渗透了对孩子语音学习的引导性,注重了对高段孩子提取有用信息、带着问题进行阅读的能力、英语表达等能力的培养。在对文本的处理中,每一步、每一幅图的处理都有不同的方法,但同时又是丝丝入扣的。这是一堂融合了现代教育技术线索清楚、层层递进、平实的英语课,可在不同层次的学校和班级进行实践和推广。
