Take things to review the 8 words. T: What’s this in English?

Ss: It’s a pen.

Pay attention to “a” and “an”. And analyse the structure rules. 4.

一、教学成功之处：

1、及时复习学过的字母和单词

2、单词游戏调动了学生的积极性

3、多次对话练习，增强学生的语言交际能力

二、存在不足：

1、全英授课，有些学生无法真正理解。

2、游戏环节较少，趣味性没有完全激发。

三、作为英语教师的我们在施教过程中务必要做到以下几点：

首先，教师在教学的过程中首先要把握重、难点。我认为这是教学中对教师最起码的要求。如果无法很好的把握重难点，则会对重点知识的讲授蜻蜓点水，导致学生也无法分清重、难点。学生在学习的过程中把超多的时间花费在零散知识上，而忽视了重中之重。教师为了更好的把握重难点就要认真的研读教材，仔细研究教学参考，并且做好教学反思，从同学们的错误中反馈自己的失误，不断地摸索和探索。

其次，听力讲解必须要清楚，透彻，任务型教学结合游戏会更加激发学生的上课积极性。

再次，应加强学生的对话强度，鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。

然后，在教学过程中应以学生为主体，这也是新课标的精髓所在。整个课堂是学生在开口说而不是老师在干巴巴的讲授，学生用英语进行讨论，锻炼他们用英文思考的潜力，运用所学语言的潜力。

最后，必须要了解学生，因材施教，只有了解了学生的知识结构，知识水平，学习特点之后，才能很好的教授学生。

总之，在今后教学中继续发扬优点，努力改正自己的不足。并且努力使掉队的学生重新跟上学习的进度，丰富而完善。
