Step 1.

Free talk and lead-in

Talk about what they did last weekend ,

lead in the new lesson.

Step 2 Reading 1.

Read and answer the questions: 1.Did the fisherman go to fish every day? 2.What did his wife want

the first time? 3.Did the goldfish give what his wife wanted? 4.Did his wife get what she wanted at the second time? 5.What did his wife want at the third time? 6. What happened to the fisherman and his wife? 2. Read and find out the difficulties 3. Read and answer the question: What do you think of the fisherman and his wife? What can we learn from the story? 4. Listen and repeat Step 3 Retell the story Step 4 Summary
