四、教学过程：

Step 1.Talk freely. T: Wow ,Your classroom is very clean，I like your classroom very much . But the streets and the parks are dirty .

【设计意图】通过师生对话，谈论与本课有关的话题，进入英语学习的情景。

Step 2 Presentation 1.Lead in : 课件出示图片，出示问题：Why are the streets and the parks dirty ?

Listen and find the sentences in the text. (播放第一段课文的录音或者视频，要求学生在课文中划出相关的句子) 【设计意图】五年级的同学已经有一定的英语基础，应该在日常教学中注重培养学生良好的英语学习习惯，如：认真听录音，抓住重点单词和句子，按意群理解文章等。本环节先听录音，让学生尝试自己划出答案，学生发表意见后再订正，体现以学生为本的理念。

2.Teach new words and new sentences. Drop : Some people drop things everywhere.

They drop paper in the streets.

They drop bottles in the parks.

This makes the streets and parks very dirty. Useful:

But many of the things are useful.
