Step 1 Warm up 1.T: First,let’s watch a video about a man. Then try to say sth about the man. T:Can you say sth about the man? He’s fat. He’s ill. Why is he so fat? He eats a lot of food. What does he eat? Does he eat …? Pizza, cola, sweet food, chips ,are they healthy food or junk food? All the junk food makes him fat and ill. So what does he need? I think he needs a healthy diet. Present: Unit3 A healthy diet

Step 2 Presentation and practice 1. Try to ask T: Today our topic is A healthy diet. Look! Whose diets are we going to talk about? First, Mike’s diet. Do you have any questions about Mike’s diet? 2. Listen and choose What does Mike like? What doesn’t Mike like? Present: …likes/doesn’t like…

3. Read and tick Then what does Mike have for three meals? Take out your exercise paper. Let’s read the story about Mike’s diet silently and tick the food for Mike’s three meals. Present: a few a little 4. Watch a micro class Let’s watch a micro class to know a few and a little well. 5. Retell Mike’s diet according to Mike’s diet pyramid. 6. Work in groups Then what about Yang Ling’s diet? Let’s work in groups to learn about Yang Ling’s diet. Three steps: step1 Read and circle what Yang Ling eats for three meals?
