Purpose:

This activity is mainly to help students to review the English expression of subjects . Enliven the class atmosphere

in the form of asking and answering,

Step ⅡTaecher acticity 1a. 1.Teach the new words. 2. Complete 1a. 3. Listening.

listen to the tape and check the words they hear in 1a. Lead the Ss go through and understand the blank in 1c.Catch what they should do and concentrate their mind on the tape and get the answers for questions.

Purpose:

Let the students learn to get the information in the listening material

Step Ⅲ

Pair work presentation. Discuss with partners about their favorite subjects using the examples in 1d. T:

Look at the card in 1d. Talk about David’s favorite subject with your partner.

Then talk about your favorite subject. You can use the words in 1a and 2a. 3 minutes later I’ll let some students act your conversations.

Purpose:

Through discussion and presentation , students can be more familiar with all kinds of subjects and how to express the plan. And improving the ability to express their favorite things. Step Ⅳ Do a interview.

Summary: Today we have done some listening about schedule and consolidate the questions that guided by ‘what’, ’who’, ’when’

and ’why’. By this class, we can be more familiar with expressions of describing attitudes and subjects. Besides, we can

made our own schedules. Learn to arrange studying times.
