〖教材分析〗

本课是外研版小学英语(三年级起点)五年级下册第八模块第二单元。本节课的主要内容是学会谈论风筝的制作。结合以前学过的动词过去式对学生进行英语听和说的训练。〖教学目标〗

1 .知识与技能目标

(1)能够听、说、读、写单:drew(draw的过去式),paint,cut,tied.put, piece, paper 和 dragon

(2) Target Language:I drew a dragon on a piece of yellow paper. I painted it.

(3)能口头运用一般过去时及所学语言知识叙述风筝的制作过程

2.过程与方法目标

(1)能够通过师生示范、小组练习和自主听读,掌握英语听说的基本方法

(2)能够通过小组交流展示体验合作学习的过程和方法

(3)能够通过歌曲,说唱等活动体验学习英语的乐趣

〖学习者特征分析〗

1.学生是五年级学生;学生对过去时有所了解

2.学生对draw、put、can的过去式在前面模块中已接触并已掌握

3.学生的思维活跃,具有英语学习的积极性与主动性,具备了一定的英语语言运用能力,求知欲强,渴望得到同学和老师的赞许

4.学生对多媒体的呈现形式不陌生,还是感到很好奇

5.学生对英语有着浓厚的兴趣,但是英语的听读能力还有待加强

1.自主学习策略:学生通过自主学习材料,训练听说阅读能力。

3.歌曲激趣策略:学生通过Let’s sing ,有利于形成宽松活泼的课堂氛围,同时借助chant 和歌曲来巩固学过的单词和句型,在语言运用中学习英语

1.重点:重点掌握drew(draw的过去式),paint,cut,tied.put, pieceo, paper 和 dragon,用英语描述Daming制作风筝的过程

2.难点:几个动词的过去式,了解词语sticks和strings的意思。

Teaching Steps

Step 1 Warming up

1.Greetings

2. Enjoy a chant and do the actions:

Black,black. Stand up

Pink,pink. Sit down.

Brown,brown. Touch the ground

Orange,orange. Touch the head

White,white. Turn around.

〖设计意图〗在此活动中同学们根据chant做动作,既活跃了课堂气氛拉近了师生间的距离,也为后面的教学打下了基础

Step 2 presentation

T: Boys and girls, I have so much colorful paper. Look, a piece of

red paper, a piece of yellow paper, and...teach paper and a piece of...

T: Look, what’s this?

S: A dragon

T: I drew a dragon on a piece of yellow paper. (板书句子)

T: What did I draw? Play a game,guess game. What did I draw? You drew a ...

S: You drew a ... on a piece of ... paper. I drew an elephant on a piece of black paper, I drew a cat on a piece of red paper.

〖设计意图〗通过猜一猜图片上画的什么,培养了学生的发散思维能力,学生在猜过程中反复操练重点难点句型,为后面的写日记做铺垫。

T: Well children, I drew a dragon on a piece of paper. Daming drew a dragon, too. Now, let’s watch the video and then finish the exercise.

看课文动画,判断对错

(1)Daming drew a dragon on a piece of red paper. ( )

(2) Daming cut the paper with scissers. ( )

(3)There are six steps to make a kite.( )

〖设计意图〗通过带着问题听课文的方式,培养学生捕捉文本细节的能力

T: Daming’s kite is very beautiful. How many steps are there in making a kite?What are they? Teach the steps one by one .

(1)I drew a dragon on a piece of yellow paper.Listen and repeat

(2)I painted it .Teach” paint”.How to spell?

(3)I cut the paper.Teach Ss the new words .When teaching the word cut, Ss say and do the actions cut.

(4)I put sticks on it .Teach Ss the sentence. Then play a game . Ask 2 Ss in each group to the front to put sticks on the blackboard. The rest Ss clap hands and say the sentence for several times. See who is the winner .

(5)I tied strings on it .

Teach Ss the sentence. Play a game with the name 1.2 GAME. Tell Ss the rules of the game. If I say 1.2 , the children in Group 1 stand up and say the sentence . If I say 1.2.3, the children in Group 2 stand up and say the sentence.

(6)Then I could fly my kite.

(1)根据图片小组讨论如何制作母亲节卡片

T: T :What’s this ? (S: It’s a card ) Mother’s Day is coming. Fanfan made a card for her mom. Look at the pictures and discuss how she made a card.

(2)用日记形式写下制作过程.
