1. Teacher play the tape of first picture’s animation, guide students to observe the picture and ask: Who are they? S: They are Zip and Zoom. T: What are they talking about? Weekend or school days? Guide students to guess the content of this story. Then play the tape of first picture, the students listen and read the text and understand the meaning of these sentences: I need to do some shopping. I will help. 2.T: Zoom wants to do some shopping. What does he want to

buy? Lead students to think, the teacher provide multiple-choice question:

Teacher play 2-5 pictures recording, at the same time, present these pictures to alert students to listen to the name of course. Teacher asks students watching pictures, while playing the tape of story, help them understand the story. After hearing the story, ask students to say the answer of multiple-choice.
