教材分析：

本课是PEP人教版五年级英语Unit 6 Part B Let’s talk的教学内容。上个单元已经学习了有关There be的相关句型，这是学好本单元的前提。另外，在本单元A部分有学习巩固了Is there …?Yes, there is. /No, there isn’t.的学习。为本节课Are there…?Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.的学习提供了很好的学习基础。是前面知识的加深。学生可以运用本节课所学的新句型结合以前的知识，把新旧知识进行整合，根据实际灵活运用所学句型，把知识活学活用。

学情分析：

五年级的学生活泼好动，学习积极性高，接受知识快，表现欲望强，富有想象力和创造力，合作意识强。经过四年的英语学习，学生能较熟练地运用简单的日常用语，在英语学习上掌握了一定的方法，并具备了一定的听、说、读、写的语言知识和语言技能。我通过创设真实情景让学生掌握和运用语言。

教学目标：

（一）能力目标 听懂会说句型“Are there…?”及回答“Yes, there are./ No, there aren’t.”并能在实际情景中运用。 （二）知识目标 能运用“Are there…?”“Yes, there are./ No, there aren’t.”向他人获取信息。 （三）情感目标 培养学生团结友爱、乐于助人的良好品质。使学生愿意在小组活动中积极与他人合作，互相帮助，共同完成学习任务。

教学准备：

多媒体课件、图片、简笔画、教材配套光盘。

教学重点和难点：

1、听、说、认、读并运用句型Are there…?Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.

2、在Are there…?句型中用any；在实际情景中灵活运用以上句型获取信息。

教学过程：

一、Warm-up

(1)

单词游戏（教师快速出示与上节课所学单词对应的图片，学生大声说出单词并集体拼读。）

Free talk

T：

Is there a/an…? S: Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.

学生四人小组讨论，设立一个小组长监督成员不准用中文交谈，只能用英语讨论。

Let’s try

教师播放Part B Let’s try的录音。（学生在教师的引导下用Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.回答。）

二、Presentation 1、教学句型Yes, there are. /No, there aren’t.

（1）课件出示城市图片 T: It’s a city. Do you like the city? Why? Talk about this city. (引导学生用“There is/There are...in the city?”句型讨论) （2）课件出示一张乡村图片 T: Is this a city? Ss: No, it’s a village. T: Are there any tall buildings in the village? Ss: No.(教师引导学生用“No, there aren’t.”) T: Are there any green trees in the village? Ss: Yes.(教师引导学生回答) T带读“No, there aren’t.”“Yes, there are.”

（3）课件出示不同的四幅乡村、城市图片。

T: Which place do you want to live in? Why? Ss: I want to live in City A. Because there are many tall buildings/…

（4）T(toS1):Do you want to live in the city or in the village? Ss: In the city./In the village. T: Are there any tall buildings in the village/city? Ss: Yes, there are./ No, there aren’t. T: Are there any beautiful flowers in the village/city? Ss: Yes, there are./No, there aren’t.

2、教学Are there any …in the …?

（1）教师提问几个学生后出示句型“Are there any…in the…?” T带读句子。

（2）T:与你的同伴做问答练习。猜猜你的同伴想住在哪里？ Ss与同伴操练。

3、教学课本中的Let’s talk。

（1）教师提问Is the park quiet? Are there any tall buildings in the village? Are there any animals?

（2）学生听录音，找出答案。 （3）学生翻开书，听录音，跟读。

(4)分角色扮演对话。

三、Practice: 找出小画家

（1）教师发给每位学生尚未完成的城市或乡村图，请学生补充完整。

教师将不同学生画的图片贴在黑板上，学生提问“Are there any…in the picture?”,小画家们用“Yes, there are./Yes, there is./ No, there aren’t./No, there isn’t.”回答。学生通过小画家的回答，找出相对应的小画家与作品。

（2）看课件，听问题，做出正确回答。

四、Homework 用“Are there any…in your…?”句型来互相询问，并做好记录，最后做一个总结。
