story time (第一课时) 教材分析：

本课是小学阶段的最后一个内容“我的梦想”，此话题贴近学生的生活，在小学即将毕业之际谈论梦想，感受梦想，让更多的学生能树立正确的价值观，心怀梦想并为实现自己的梦想而努力奋斗。同时，在这一课中，学生对于出现的句型What do you want to be in the future? I want to be ....已经非常熟悉，在运用重点句型的同时，更好地谈论各自的梦想，懂得梦想实现需要付出的努力。

教学目标：

1.

能听懂、会说、会读单词dream, dentist，astronaut, spaceship, pianist以及日常交际用语What do you want to be in the future? I want to (be) ….

2.

能正确理并朗读Story time的内容；

3.

能使学生树立正确的价值观，为实现自己的梦想而努力学习。

教学过程：

Step1: Warm up 1.

Greetings Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you again. Shall we begin our class?

Enjoy a song

When you are listening to the song, please pay attention to the jobs.

Do you like the song? Yeah, it’s very nice.

What jobs are mentioned in the song? a doctor, an actor, a lawyer, a policeman, a postman Great! You’ve heard so many jobs. Now let’s do a Brain storm about jobs?

Ready? Go! I can say （要求学生熟练掌握职业以及所能做的事）

Step2：Presentation and practice

Today our old friends are also talking about their dreams. Now let’s listen and

try to find out what jobs are they talking about?

【设计意图】：拉近英语与生活的联系，同时拓宽学生的知识面。

Maybe you could play with Liu Tao one day. (What a pity.) 【设计意图】：英语教学同时也是语言教学，因此，语言是一种活的知识，它需要不断的去在现实中应用。我把play in the World Cup进行场景展现，让学生感知其的意义。

【设计意图】：采取小组合作的形式有助于培养学生的合作精神。优等生、中等生和差生合理组合有利于小组讨论，成员间团结协作，互相帮助，形成以好带差，学习慢的学生努力上进的良好局面，有意识强化小组群体的表现，弱化个体效应，每个成员都会不自觉地将小组的集体利益与个体利益紧密相连。

Compare the jobs. (男女生的选择上有什么区别？)

Difference between them. （可用中文）

Boys are more brave and bold. Girls are more artistic and soft.

But whatever your dream is, never give it up. 无论你的梦想是什么，坚持！

【设计意图】：让学生自行比较男女在工作选择上的差异，尊重学生的思维，同时进行情感意识的渗透，鼓励他们坚持自己的梦想。

8.

Each student has a wonderful dream. Does Miss Li have a dream? What’s her dream?

（引出come true）

Miss Li is a really good teacher. She hopes all the dreams come true. But where are Su Yang and Helen today? Can you guess what are their dreams?

Wow, I like your answer. Whatever they want to be, Miss Li still hopes everybody’s dream come true? Right? （跟读）

But how can the dreams come true? （自由发言）

【设计意图】：激发学生的思维，一方面对学生进行情感教育，另一方面培养学生的语用能力。

Step3: Extension 1.

In fact, Making the dreams come true need our hard work.

Here I bring you a true story. Her name is Liu Sai. She couldn’t see anything when she was 5 years old. She still has dreams. She likes singing and dancing. She practises hard every day. Now her dreams come true. She becomes a singer and even a dancer.

Liu Sai is a brave girl. She has nice dreams. How about you? I think you must have your own dreams too.

Try to talk with your partner about dreams in groups.

Now please try to write down your dreams. （准备好漂亮的小纸张）

Share your dreams with your partner.

上台展示3-4个，贴于树上。

【设计意图】：学生个体有差异，我采取“分层作业”策略，设计了不同类作业“自助餐”，即阐述梦想的要求不同，让学生自主选择适合自己的“套餐”。这样既让稍差生能跳一跳摘到“苹果”，又确保优等生不受“饥寒”之苦。

You may read your classmates’ dreams on the tree after class. Study hard for you nice dreams.

Step4: Homework

Love your own dreams and share it with your partner.

【设计意图】：作业是课堂教学的有效延伸。让学生在扎实掌握本课内容的基础上有所拓展，从而达到记忆单词，熟练运用句型，学会组织语言的目的。
