一、教学目标: 1、知识目标

（1）能掌握理解story time 并能朗读。

（2）学生能听懂理解单词dirty, clean, air, smoke, factories, messy, dead, move…away from, bin, plant, more在文中的意思。

（3）能听懂，会读，会说日常交际用语，如：

What makes…dirty/messy? …make(s)…dirty/messy.

What can we do to…? We can…

2、能力目标: （1）能运用所学句型谈论城市的环境问题和如何保护环境。

（2）通过观察图片，学生能描述与故事相关的信息。

3、情感目标: （1）通过故事的学习，激发学生热爱家乡、保护环境的意识和情感。

（2）引导学生参与活动，相互合作交流，培养学生的合作意识。

二、教学重点: （1）整体感知文本故事内容，能正确理解朗读story time。

（2）能运用所学句型谈论城市的环境问题和如何保护环境。

三、教学难点:

能运用所学句型谈论城市的环境问题和如何保护环境。

Step1 Greeting

What day is it today?

What date is it today?

What ‘s the weather like today?以及相对应的一般过去时态句子

Step2 Free talk Where did you go last summer holiday? What did you do there? Step3 Pre-reading (过渡)T: Oh, you went to so many places. Some are famous cities. Which city do you like best?

（生答）

1 (出示两张城市比较图) Which city do you like? A Or B? Why?

Because the city is clean.（教clean, 主要是另一种意思干净的。）

补充：The river and the air are clean.(教air, 利用chair来教学。) T：Why don’t you like this city? Because the city is messy and dirty.(教messy 和

dirty,利用音标教学。同时dirty用thirty来帮助朗读。)

T：What makes the city messy and dirty?

Rubbish makes the city messy and dirty.(教rubbish,利用rubber和fish来合成rubbish的读音)。

T：What makes the city messy and dirty too? Smoke makes the city messy and dirty too. What smoke? ( black smoke from factory, black smoke from factories;
