Lesson 4:Seasons and Clothes 一、教学目标:

1.使学生初步掌握本课的新单词,即服装类:sweater, gloves, jeans, shirt, T-shirt, coat,trousers,做到发音准确,语调自然。

2.让学生初步理解句型“…is here .It’s getting….We wear…”,并能较为熟练地交流运用。

3.帮助学生借助图片来理解本课四个小短文,能较为流畅地朗读。

二、教学重点:

1、能听懂、会说、会读和会拼写单词sweater, gloves, jeans, shirt, T-shirt, coat,trousers。

2、能听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语It’s getting….We wear….

三、教学难点:

1、能掌握本课四个短文出现的表示服饰的单词,能正确表达在什么季节穿什么衣服。

2、能听懂、会说、会读句子: …is here. It’s getting….We wear….并能正确、熟练地运用。

四、教具准备:

单词卡,点读机,幻灯片

五、教学过程:

Step 1 Warming up and revisions.

1、Greetings.

Good morning, class. How are you?

2、Revisions.

T: Have you ever been to Doutuan Mountain? Let’s enjoy the beautiful scenery. T: How many seasons in a year?

What are they?

Let’s say together. Spring, summer, autumn, winter.

How’s the weather in spring, P1?

Yes. Spring is coming. It’s warm.

(接着引出summer, autumn, winter三个季节以及天气情况。)

3、The chant.

(让学生一起诵读四年级已学的《Four seasons》,为引出新的chant做铺垫。) Step 2 Leading-in

1、What’s the weather like in spring? Is it warm or hot in spring? 2、Let’s have a look. Pay attention to the new words.

(引出“here”“getting”,教读两遍。)

(让学生诵读三遍,为新课教学扫清障碍。提示学生要一遍比一遍读得更快,也是活跃课堂气氛,激发学生兴趣。)

Step 3 Presentation

1、There are four seasons in a year. In different seasons we wear different clothes.

(边说边板书:Lesson 4 Seasons and Clothes,教读三遍)

2、Look, talk ,teach and learn.

Picture 1.

Look! Which season is here? And how’s the weather?

What can you do in spring? 师引导学生看图说fly a kite.

(学生说做动作,也就是课文前两句说;让学生一起再大声复述一遍。)

Now, let’s listen. Listen and find out what we wear in spring. Please pay attention to the last sentence.

What do we wear in spring? We wear…

(引出We wear shirts and trousers. 板书,整体教读,分音节教读,拼读;开火车读句子。)

(出示shirt, trousers的图片,教读;就地取材用老师和学生的穿着,再教读单词和句子。)

Picture 2.

Can we wear shirts or trousers in summer? Ss: No./Yes.

(让学生明白In different seasons we should wear different clothes. But sometimes, we can wear the same clothes in different seasons.引导学生不要只是局限于课本上的知识,要能联系我们的生活实际。)

Let’s have a look!(PPT)Oh, there are two girls. They wear skirts.

(skirt是学生已经在四年级学生的单词,直接引出就可以。板书。)

Summer is here. It’s getting hot. So they wear skirts. Let’s listen .(PPT)Yes or no? What do they say?

(引出We wear T-shirts and skirts.教学T-shirt,对比shirt出现,简单直接地解决发音问题。板书。)

Girls, what do you wear in summer?(与女生操练句型,同时也让男生明白这是女孩子的穿着。)

Boys, what did they say? (让男生也操练了句子。)

Picture 3.

Please look at this picture. Can you say something about it?

(秋天PPT。让学生仿照前两个季节说句子:…is here. It’s getting…)

Let me tell you. We also can wear the same clothes in autumn. But now, let’s listen what they say about it.(PPT)

(一一出示上述所学到的服饰)Do they wear…?(滚动学习新单词的同时,为引出sweater, jeans做铺垫。)

What did they say? We wear…(让学生说出他们听到的单词。)

(出示图片,把单词放在句子里教学。板书。)

I wear a sweater and jeans.(找出一个有着相同着装的学生) You wear a sweater and jeans, too. We wear sweaters and jeans. We wear sweaters and jeans. Girl, please say.

(女生说完后,让全班复述。)

Who wear like us?(请穿着跟我们一样的同学都站起来说We wear sweaters and jeans.即联系实际,又调动了学生的学习兴趣。)

Now, it’s your time. Let’s discuss in groups and then fill in the blanks. It’s getting_____ in winter.

2)Good. It’s getting cold. So we must keep warm. Please listen! What do we wear in winter?(PPT)

(引导学生自己通过小组合作说出答案,树立学习英语的信心。)

Look! They are my hands. What can I wear in winter? (引导学生联系生活实际) We wear gloves. g-love-s (全班同学跟说, 学会用自然拼读方法)

What do you wear in winter?(Ss: We wear coats and gloves.)

师生过一遍:What do you wear in spring/summer/autumn/winter? We wear…

让全班齐读一遍板书内容。

3、Look at the screen and repeat loudly.

(PPT展示课题以及四个小短文,让学生再次感知课文,熟悉课文。)

4、Open your books and turn to Page24.Point and read together.

(示意学生指着书齐读。回归课文,再次诵读感知,为练习部分做铺垫。)

Today, what do we wear?

(仔细看看今天班上,老师和同学的穿着,然后用英语说说我们都穿了什么。)

Try to use the words and sentences that you’ve learned today.

(请尽量使用今天你所学到的单词和句子。)

Step 8 Reflection

1.

采用分层教学设计,老师先示范搭好梯子,引导学生学会观察、思考。

2.

教学过程中较自然的带入了自然拼读法,让学生能够听音,辩音,掌握单词拼读拼写的规律。

3.

师生之间的互动较好,练习既有个人操练,也有小组合作,还有集体练习。

4.

教学时间把握上稍有欠缺,开头时为复习四季相关知识以及学习春季时耗时

教学,导致最后设计的Group work: My seasons and clothes card没有时间操作,只好作为家庭作业布置。
