Use questions to lead in the topic: 1. What does your mother or father do? 2. Which job would you most like to do and least like to do? Why? 3. Do you know some other jobs? Encourage students to answer in English. Step 2 Different types of jobs Show students many pictures of jobs and ask them to speak out their names. Teacher can ask students some simple questions or does some explanations to help them know more about different jobs. Step 3 Talking about pictures Talk about these six pictures on page 1.let them know the names and think about what qualities these jobs require. They may discuss with classmates. Step 4 Discussion in groups Ask students to discuss the following questions in groups: What jobs do you think are most

suitable for men or women? Why? Ask some students to express their opinions .Teacher can make a short conclusion. Step 5 Guessing game To review different jobs , ask students to Guess what the job is according to the description: Give students small gifts to arise their interest Step 6 Summary and homework Teacher draws a simple summary.
