一、Objective 1、知识目标

（1）通过学习，使学生掌握用英语询问今天星期几和每天做什么活动。

（1）通过学习培养学生的英语学习兴趣。

（2）通过教学活动，培养他们大胆说英语、团结合作的精神。

二、Teaching important and difficult points 1. Teaching important points 重点：掌握vocabulary部分的四会单词和句型。

突破方法：通过反复操练、对话练习、突破重点。

2. Teaching difficulties points 难点：能够运用所学句型进行简单交流和讨论。

突破方法：通过练习造句、情景对话，突破难点。

Step1. Warm up

Step2. Lead-in 1. The teacher play a song, “the days of the week”. 2. Students sing this song.

Step3. Presentation Teacher shows out a card “Wednesday”, and ask “What day is it today?”

“

It’s Wednesday.” Teacher reads Wednesday, Wednesday. Students follow. Teacher writes it down on the blackboard. Teacher changes the card to learn Tuesday and Thursday. Students learn Monday and Friday by themselves. Teacher writes it down on blackboard. Let’s think “ How many days are there in a week?”

“There’re 7 days in a week.” The first day is Sunday., and the last day is Saturday. Students read the two words.

Step4. Practice 1. Read the words in a loud and low voice. 2. Pass cards .

Step6. Extension 1. Teacher shows out a basketball picture, “ I like Sunday. Because I play basketball on Sunday.” What about you? What do you do on Sunday? I…on Sunday. Teacher writes the sentence on blackboard. Show out several pictures to practice. “ What do you do on Sunday? I … on Sunday.” 2. Use the pictures to practice “What do you do on Monday? Tuesday? Wednesday? Thursday? Friday?”

3. Read the sentences in a limited time.

Step7. Group work Step1： Let students write down their after-school life in a week. Step2: One student to be a reporter, the others students answer the reporter’s questions.
